The process was very very smooth despite the Royal Mail delays which have nothing to do with them. Fifi from customer services is a star and always got back to me within the hour.

If I had to sell another phone again I would surely do it with them.

Brilliant company quick ease and fast payment

When trying to sell my phone, I chose these because they offered a slightly better price than others and provided shipping materials. However, 12 days after placing the order and after chasing them, the shipping materials had not arrived. They claimed it must have got lost or delayed by Royal Mail but the result was, conveniently for them, they could no longer honour their original price so would pay over £100 less. Given they claimed to have sent the shipping materials twice, it seems unlikely both got lost or delayed and much more likely this is a tactic to quote a high offer then get away with paying less. Also, it’s not reassuring how much of their mail gets lost, maybe my phone might also have got “lost” on way to them.

It would appear from the earlier review a few days ago that this is a tactic they have employed before

Sent my iPhone 13 Pro from locking in a price for 2 weeks. I had some questions that Fifi helped me with and was so quick to respond.

If you are sending a phone special delivery and pay for it yourself, send the phone to the same address as the free label they send you. I got confused as there are 3 addresses, MM LTD, Mobi Market and one for Twig on their website.

Got paid the same day it was delivered. Would use them again!
