Very easy and straightforward they posted the packing out to me took a full 7 days from requesting the sake to receiving payment. Sure would be quicker if you done it yourself but I couldn’t be bothered.. Excellent service 👍👍

Really great and fast service what ever amount I was quoted, I have sent the phone after 5 days of receiving the quote, still I did receive the same amount as quoted. The actual price on the day 5 was £150 less than the quote but Twig paid the full amount really great service……

Guys they are scammers... i sent them my items basically new still with the label sticked on it, I waited two months, yesterday they sent me an email by saying that they are sorry but the cloths can't be accepted.. I lost money and those cloths
