This company, used to go by the name of Goodbuytech, and no doubt due to damning reviews, they changed their name.
They came up with best offer for my phone. Really good condition phone. Sent it to them, and had an email saying that scratches were visible from 30cm and they had reduced the offer by £100!!! I told them to forget it! They then sent another offer of £40 less. I took that one, however, I won’t deal with them again, and if you do, and they reduce your offer, decline it, they will offer you more, but, my advice would be to avoid them. I hate scammers and unfortunately they have become one of the biggest out there

Sent an immaculate iPhone 11 in, been kept with screen protector on and in a 360 case for the most part, took almost £80 off the value stating there was bezel damage due to a probable drop causing chips/dents. I’ve had it valued by a different shop who said it was in great condition. Seen a couple of people mention the same thing here too. Wouldn’t recommend

I’ve sold quite a few mobiles over the years as i have upgraded. And i have to say that this has been the best buyer of mobiles that i have ever used. From start to finish, i was updated by both email and text, and i had a tracker number that i could also search. Have to say though that you won’t need this as the customer service and
updates are amazing.
once they receive a mobile it goes through their checks and they are very fast at sending your payment to your nominated bank account.
