Was having some issues with my hive heating controls connecting with the app and thermostat despite advice fro. Hive AI. James arrived promptly on time and was able to reset the hive and get it functioning again. Fast and efficient. Thanks again TwinSun Heating.

Grateful new customer! Contacted Twinsun after a fault with my flue (which left me with no boiler/hot water) wasn't covered by my current plan with another co.. They were very helpful, came out same day to take a look, within 15mins had a quote which didn't break the bank and therefore completed the work the next working day. Mam had no hot water.....only had it when we put the heating on....twin sun came and unfortunately had to shut our boiler down..... they were quick to get Cadent to call and look at the problem which was outside. They also put 3 quotes together for us to look at for a replacement boiler but they were very professional and helpful explaining all about the work needed to put it right. Will definitely use again in the future

Got a service plan which gives us peace of mind and security if anything goes wrong with the boiler. Water pressure was getting low so asked for advice and an engineer came the next day to sort it.Great service from Reece. Highly recommend.

I was promised Reece would arrive between 8am and noon, Reece has been here before and sure enough he arrived at 8.30am got on with the service right away and did a marvellous job, no mess no fuss, I would reccommend Twinsun to do any plumbing jobs, very efficient at a fair price. The engineer was very good and was well versed in his profession.... very professionally dressed and did a very thorough job of servicing my boiler.
Thankfully I chose one of their monthly packaged for the upkeep of my boiler.... TwinSun for me every time.
