Contacted Andy @TwinSun Heating Ltd for an emergency call out (boiler had gone down) Andy couldn’t have done more to accommodate us at such short notice. From start to finish the experience was great, fantastic communication and kept in the loop the entire time with diagnosis of fault and repair cost, would highly recommend this company.

Serviced our boiler, it’s never had a service like this before, the guys were incredibly thorough, striped my boiler right down and cleaned everything. They were very clean and tidy and he was very polite, well mannered and professional, highly recommend these to anyone!

I would never recommend this so called "company" who wants a call out charge just to look at the problem and charge vulnerable customers £100.00 plus vat just to look at the problem.... AVOID this con man and look around for genuine tradesmen who don't charge £100 just to look at the problem..... your company in Winstanley by the way is a complete and utter disgrace and are taking vulnerable people for granted for charging £100.00 plus vat to even look at the problem.. you said you had a engineer in the area???? So I could get an expess call out??? Doh you live 2 miles down the road so your a complete rip off. By all means prove me wrong. I have the messages you sent. Shame on your company.
