Got a custom cut stone and then had a ring custom designed. Process took only a few weeks, Tianyu kept me updated every step of the way, giving me approval at every stage. Maggie was absolutely fantastic! If I want another custom design, I will definitely be contacting her again. She gave me a fair pricing (I enquired elsewhere too), but I chose Tianyu since I've read such good reviews about their products/customer service.

She understood exactly what I wanted. I showed her composite images with detailed descriptions of what I wanted, a lotus/tulip setting, rounded prongs, the exact colour tone I wanted, etc, and she got me a CAD almost immediately. The ring took about 4+ weeks to make and was delivered within 2-3 days of it being shipped out. I did specify that I was not in a rush and I gave them ample time to fulfill my order.

I worked with Maggie for a ring design. The process was very efficient and she kept me updated throughout, even on her holiday. We started off with a certified lab diamond that had excellent specs which she sent me many videos of. We then worked on the CAD for the ring setting which I asked for so many changes, they were all done quickly and accurately. I'm so happy with the final product. I highly recommend Tianyu Gems as a reliable china-based jeweller for custom jewellery.
