My experience was awesome, easy and fast! I knew what I wanted, with pictures for reference and Linda was able to create a 3D CAD for me to confirm before production was starting on my earrings. She gave me many options of stones and even informed me on the difference between them. After I confirmed the CAD, it took about 10 days to make the earrings and I was updated the entire time. Once they were finished, I was sent a video of the final product to confirm before they were sent out. Shipping was FAST!! It took less than a week to arrive (I’m in Texas)… I highly recommend you check out Linda and don’t be scared to ask for quotes. I have asked for a million quotes on different pieces of jewelry and I never feel like a bother. Couldn’t be happier with my earrings and the service! 😊

My customised moissanite bracelets turned out beautifully, each one was well packaged come with GRA certificates, to my suprise I didn't realise each bracelet comes with a lifetime 18k gold replating, the base is also Stirling silver & great quality, the communication with the seller was also quick & fast shipping.
