Big oof. I really liked the app for a few months... The problem for me was with having a big family. Some of them decided to give it a shot. My sister tried to use my PayPal because hers was negative about a month ago. It didn’t go through and I told her to message support. They bounced her around support contacts and she just quit. I had my own issues cashing out not long after. They actually accused me of leading a money laundering ring. My account was banned along with hers, my mom, and 2 of my siblings. I lost over $100 of my credits because of it. Be especially careful talking to Julian. Idk if that thing is their “bad cop” ai or something along those lines, but what a jerk. Ive had to interact with it a few times for more complicated issues, and it could literally not care less about helping you. The other support (also probably bots imo) put up a better face but their incompetence is stellar. I felt stuck in a loop of slacked jaws and willful ignorance. Even seemingly human responses get only half read. I started asking support to include an odd but simple key word like “orange” in their response, so I would know they were human… Well you can guess what they never said. Their paragraphs are typed out very neatly though. Putting on a good front is their bread and butter 🤷‍♂️.

I did an offer normally, didn't get credited at first so i tried to do a ticket. Impossible to create one, i asked on the discord for help, they banned me, i asked on the support mail for help, they banned me and accused me if cheating while i grinded the game for multiple days and didn't cheat (even provided proofs). TYR ARE SCAMMERS DO NOT USE THEYRE OFFERWALL OR APP

Julian is a scammer be aware of him.

Their verification system is busted can't verify when everything is clear view there response is very slow in regards to this matter need to do better

They waited till I got $85 offer completed then banned me saying I reset my phone and that has never happened once I still have all my org stuff on this phone not once did I delete this site is a scam beware of positive reviews I’m 100% sure they are only withdrawing less than $20 when you complete a big offer you will not get paid

At any time during your offers you can be accused of cheating and have your rewards denied. Doing a Offer for Merge Dragon and $350+ has been rejected because I was doing the offer fast and not because of cheating. They assume if you're doing it fast you're automatically cheating and take your rewards away

The experience was quick and easy and the representative was quick and professional. I've submitted 3 tickets so far because sometimes the app doesn't award coins for purchases but every time I ask for help, My problem is solved quick.

Im having the same issue as from the last person who reviewed this gpt. My issue was not on ID. But on offers not crediting despite providing all proof needed. I spend money doing the purchases required but they refuse ro reply back. I cant never trust any website that do this things. Its very frustrating and depressing spending so much time and money just to be fooled by these people. Its sad

Absolute scam. They have a system to lure you in, get you to verify yourself, play a little bit, then block you and take your earnings. Out of the blue, they decreased the time that was advertised to reach certain goals in the game, and then after i made a purchase to help me reach one of the goals in the game (RAID SHADOW LEGENDS) they banned me and claim that my photo doesn't match my ID (this is of course absolute bs, i verified myself with Idenfy already and they have approved my documents one month before all of this happened).
They claim they have access to the data provided by Idenfy and now they claim they changed the identity verification provider and they uploaded my ID and Photo to the new provider, and that's what flagged my account. I attached a picture of the issues and also part of the chat with Julian.
Again, this company has a smart scamming plan set up for everyone. Stay away from it.

At first I was skeptical .I've used many apps,that reward you for playing games.most of them are slow to respond,if at all, when you run into a problem.and most of them make you wait 3 to 10 days just to be rewarded . There customer service is excellent they respond quickly and are pleasant . Withdrawals are quick ! They don't have a limit of how much money you can make like other pay gaming apps! downloaded this app.. i made few bucks.. then i made 10 bucks one day.. the next day i was suspended for account review... the next day they approved me and all was well.. well later that day i ended up earning 60$ and they paid it.. well the very next day my account was flagged. then they said i was banned couple hrs later for fraud .. yet they didnt let me respond or give any proof of fraud.. this is bullshit company

I recommend it to everyone, I have been using the Tyr application for several years and have never had any problems with withdrawals to a pay pal account

Has great selection of games and opportunities to make money, cash out is usually within an hour. They did put my account on hold for like three days for no reason but other than that is a pretty legitimate app!

Rating 5 so review is a the top. If you want to waste your time and not get paid than this app if for you. They will pay the first few small amount then tracking or any other reason they can find not to pay they will.. response time is not the best and was no help. Even sent a notification to my phone claiming if I spent $5 on in app purchase I would get $10 so I immediately did and was told that offer had expired a week before .even with screenshots and another notification as I was chatting with them nothing was done..I can go on and on .. STAY AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDS!
