They we're quick to get back to me and resolve the issue. Never had any issues cashing out my payments. Site is awesome.

My account was blocked after verification because I live in Germany but I have a Polish ID card.

My account was blocked for “fraud” even though I did absolutely nothing wrong. I only logged in by mistake using my professional email address, without ever completing any offer with it, and I was immediately banned. This is completely unfair and frustrating — I lost access to my account without a clear explanation or any chance to appeal.

They have tendency to change your offer after you've already started it you could be close to finishing the game and baam they lower or remove a task It happened to me inside their app but I was able to get them to fix my task reward since it was almost -40% of the original reward .. now again after having started an offer they decided to remove completely like 4 tasks rewards ... I have no clue how is this not illegal I feel like it's lowkey scamming not happy with Tyr Ads overall

A great app to earn money and play free games always quick to reply and resolve any issues i had and credited me what i was missing

I played Marvel Strike Force through TYR Rewards, reached level 70, and even spent $99 on an offer. Instead of paying me correctly, they only gave me $70 back and then suspended my account for “fraud.” I followed all the rules and did nothing wrong. When I tried to contact support, every ticket I opened was instantly closed with no explanation. Looking online, I see many other people with the same experience — accounts suspended as soon as they try to cash out.

I have earned more on this app than any other that I have tried! I have had one issue and their customer service took care of the problem quickly and efficiently!

Honestly, put in the effort,the time don't cut corners . Playbas many games as you can. Been a member since April '25 n I have EARNED over $800.00 grind n time but they pay.. and the customer service team is AMAZING!! This app is a scam. I accumulated 25 dollars in points and it doesn't let me cash out. Instead, it endlessly loops me around an ID verification process that I don't feel is ever meant to work. I reached out to support, and NOTHING was done. I am filing a formal complaint with the FTC and Google Play. Con artists like this should not be able to operate on Google Play. Looking at the 1- and 2-star reviews for this app on Google Play lets me know I am not the only one experiencing this issue. Stay FAR AWAY from this app as it is not legit.

Most reviews with 5 stars are botted your account will be deleted for no reason and will sometimes not let you get a big reward i had like 70 dollars on my account ive played fair and i wasnt able to redeem its a lie they want your personal info and sell it. They will only let you redeem 30 dollars ish and then your next redeem will have issues and will find a way to suspend your account. they have a redeem limit. Those 250k reviewers are corny and obviously paid people or whatever bots? . Dont fool yourself and waste ur time. They get most of the money from selling your information and its the money that they give you. If youre an underage 18 playing this game wanting to get some gift cards, no dont play it. I got 4 botted emails from this app to take down my one star review in google. Notice how some money apps are banned from some countries? Never play money apps and its the biggest mistake ive done my life they make you grind for a month and for nothing

I absolutely love this app and how it rewards you for your purchases. It makes playing the games so much more worth it and alot more enjoyable. I really find myself more invested in a game if I get rewarded for purchases and I'm definitely more willing to spend more if I get something back especially when I break even or even just a little under it's so worth it. This is my favorite app by far and I highly recommend this app. I only wish the games would keep rewarding you longer and even if they added new purchases while playing or goals because I would keep on purchasing more and more yet when they stop rewarding you for the game you kind of stop playing and move on to the next game. I also must say the support team is awesome and definitely getting better and better, they have been getting alot faster at resolving issues as long as you have screenshots as proof and receipts. I wish the best for the developers, the team and everyone involved in creating and giving us such an awesome app to enjoy I absolutely love and appreciate you all, take care and god bless you all!

Played a lot of reward apps and it's hit and miss but tyr is tha bomb I just hope tyr adds more apps as time passes because I think I pretty much hit my threshold.

I had an issue with receiving points and contact customer service. They responded very fast and corrected super fast. This is a great place for games and fun.

Tyr rewards is a awesome app I love it over all other apps by far not to knock anyone but they also have the best and most fast engaging support i ever seen in a money making app! The problem people are having is not reading you have to talk to the support team and tell them what your issues are if there are any. I have no issues and i have proof of payment to go along with my rating ! Thanks tyr rewards i have high hopes and will be notifying people to get active in test the app !

I have been with Tyr for sometime now, way over a year and YES sometimes you can get confused especially with the new times, but when I had any problems they have ALWAYS gotten right back to me and explain what may or may not went wrong and how things work because it was different than now but they have always been fair. They are one of the better platforms and they don't say shit like "win $300 in an hour" NO, IT DOESN'T WORK LIKE THAT SO DON'T EXPECT IT! They are a great platform that you will have to spend time on. Yes I absolutely give them a "5" out of "5".

After hours of play watching ads and spending $$they denied my rewards for no specified reason...I was able to cash out small amounts at first but when it got to a larger payout my reward was denied just before completion...when I contacted support no real reason was given even though I had evidence of completion

Big oof. I really liked the app for a few months... The problem for me was with having a big family. Some of them decided to give it a shot. My sister tried to use my PayPal because hers was negative about a month ago. It didn’t go through and I told her to message support. They bounced her around support contacts and she just quit. I had my own issues cashing out not long after. They actually accused me of leading a money laundering ring. My account was banned along with hers, my mom, and 2 of my siblings. I lost over $100 of my credits because of it. Be especially careful talking to Julian. Idk if that thing is their “bad cop” ai or something along those lines, but what a jerk. Ive had to interact with it a few times for more complicated issues, and it could literally not care less about helping you. The other support (also probably bots imo) put up a better face but their incompetence is stellar. I felt stuck in a loop of slacked jaws and willful ignorance. Even seemingly human responses get only half read. I started asking support to include an odd but simple key word like “orange” in their response, so I would know they were human… Well you can guess what they never said. Their paragraphs are typed out very neatly though. Putting on a good front is their bread and butter 🤷‍♂️.
If you do give them a shot:
