Red flag do not trust this app starts soft pretty smooth but it won’t take long before the devil comes out to play. I’ve been screwed out of thousands of points with this app and what makes it so terrible are the people in their support group are jerks. I’m being honest Specifically a guy named Julian. He’s terrible. I left a ticket submitted a ticket about points in the thousands, mind you that they were never credited to me and instead of addressing the issue of my points, he sent a ticket back and said you say you’re in California, but your location right here says you’re in Newark New Jersey well first of all I’ve never been in Newark, New Jersey, born and raised in California Long Beach, California This dude swears up and down that I’m not in California so I say OK well here’s a screenshot of my location on the find my iPhone app plain as day. I’m on the freeway. One of the sign says Long Beach, California, 710 freeway in Newark New Jersey I don’t think they have that. but anyway I don’t get the points so I continue you know on with the app do some things games and surveys and yet and still a thousand points here 2000 points there or 5000 points here not credited so I sent screenshots of where it says you’ll be compensated 5000. You will be compensated 2000 you know what happened my account was flagged shut down due to them saying it was suspicious activity going on with my account Now that’s the kind of app that you guys wanna deal with then more power to you, but I would definitely suggest don’t do it. You will get whooped every time with these people they’re not going to listen to you. They’re not going to give you any leverage. They will just shut you down like they did to me? I’ve been with this app almost 6 months and I didn’t really give them a problem until recently because they’re not transparent. They’re not honest at all and they really just evil people. They’re just really really terrible people so honestly, I’m just giving you guys a heads up. There’s a lot better apps to deal with out there that have the same things they do surveys and gaming. It’s 1000 more apps out there. That’s not gonna treat you like that. My suggestion is don’t put yourself in the situation that you’re gonna be disrespected and be frustrated because of it don’t do it. I went through it. I’m giving you guys a heads up. That’s exactly how it goes down. I referred some other people they went through the same thing so we just basically said OK you flag my account. We all shut it down. We are gonna delete the app if you got the app the best thing to do is delete the app because I guarantee you will be frustrated at some point and you will be cheated out of your points. That’s just the way it goes. It’s not gonna go any other way. They have a very extreme hatred towards Black people. They treat us very bad their customer service especially some guy named Julian. He may as well just call me the N-word the way I was treated. They are very terrible with their customer service skills they need training because they treat Black people like the bottom of the barrel like we are the worst creatures God ever created. That’s how this app treats us be very careful, especially if your personal color they will really do some Disrespectful things to you. They’ll hold your money. They’ll kick you out of that app and then tell you whatever money is there it’s gonna be there forever. That’s what they did to me. They’re horrible horrible people watch out for Julian watch out for him. He’s the devil.

I've got to say, like all earning apps, there's definitely ups and downs. However, I've cashed out more money with this app than any other earning app by far. I did have one situation where I was extremely displeased because I was supposed to cash out a lot and they didn't let me because it was on a different account. I started the new account because I had a new device and didn't have access to the email attached to my original account. I do feel like they should've transfered my points to the original account because I spent a lot of time and money getting to the reward tier I was at but other than that I've been very happy with the games and rewards I've gotten from Tyr. Great app!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

They will reward you for the small tasks but as soon as you complete a task worth any large amount of money they will deny that you have reached it and just state that you have not met parameters but not describe what was not met; reached level 81 on hero arena alliance no issue with tracking until that point but when I was supposed to recieve 4m points for completing level 80 I was denied with no reason and support has been hostile and refused to even look or help with the issue; I even spoke with the hero arena team and they stated there was no issues with my account so its tyrrewards that is the issue.

You guys did an amazing job on making this pay to play app. By far the best one I have used to date. And yes, they do pay, and they pay extremely well compared to all the rest of the apps I have used. And customer service is top notch. They don't give ya a b.s. on trying to resolve whatever issue u may have they actually work to resolve it. I have had a couple more human errors on my part but no joke they were on it and resolved my issue as quickly as possible. I highly recommend this app and the people behind it. Great staff and an app that pays no bull. Try it I promise u won't be disappointed

There was a holdup to get my points from a purchase but with the help of support it was resolved

Been a long time user of tyr it's had its ups and downs but in the long run it is great, very quick cashouts and support has always been wonderful and swift whenever problems did arise 10/10 though.

Damn good support they're very thorough and they do right by you if the tracking doesn't work

Ar first was great. Now, the smaller rewards are not problem but after I hit a big milestone for lots of points they reject it. All 3 told me my tracking was 'broken' and they couldn't verify it. And yet all the others were fine and I would download a new game and the same thing happens. Support is useless. They are robots saying the exact same thing. Do not waste time. I stick with Benjamin. Legit and always pays out.

Was great at first but not so much anymore hardly tracks, support no longer responds and if you make a purchase the app won't track it and even though you have proof because they say they did receive confirmation from the apps there's nothing they can do play at your own risk

It pays until it doesnt. Offers get rejected there is a process to fix errors however it may or may not get fixed. Human customer service is non existent. So roll the dice and take your chances with this one.

I have enjoyed using this app and they do pay you. If your points don't track, contact customer service within the app. I have never had any trouble collecting a payment from them and any issues I have had has also never taken more than 24 hours to resolve. They have a huge selection of gift cards to choose from or you can receive your payment through PayPal. My only complaint would be that it doesn't have near as many offers to chose from as It did when I first started using it. Over all if you are willing to put in the time, you will get paid.

Most of your offers get rejected regardless if you finished it in the timeframe or not.

don't install it, unless you wanna contact them every 2 day for a concern.

I love Tyr!! I have cashed out a few times ! A few days ago , I completed a task and noticed I didn't get credited . I waited a day or so and still there was nothing. I truly thought I was out of luck but wrote them a message through settings...easy to find . They responded within hours , sorted out the issue and I was credited ! If this happens to you , just reach out to them ! I will continue using this app. There are so many different gift card choices !! Love it 😃

App pays, HOWEVER.... if the app does not track your tasks completion then you have to run through alot of hoops to try and get the rewards you earned. Onto of that they rejected my task on a game, and I provided PROOF and evidence (4 screen shots) of me completing the tasks ON TIME, was removed from discord for providing the proper evidence and fixing to take this up with the BBB and their corporate on Monday for Scamming and deciding to block and remove me from alot of social media just for providing picture evidence.......

Becoming a waist of time missing $68 and $175 just from one app you used to be able to get it resolved but now the support I talked to "princess" telling me in so many words that I'm SOL ik nothing was verified because if the dis like they always do I would have been credited but now I'm not getting a response back after I made that statement

It's been a rough couple of days... I went from loving this app and wanting to rate it 5++ to feeling cheated and just hating the app and myself for falling for the apps lies and right this second I'm back to living the app. I recommend that you try out this app and read the fine print and make sure your data is always readable. It does pay, you just have to play. Thanks Nicah!!
