I had an issue with getting some of my points it took me a couple days before I got them but that's not all of them I've had a couple of games were the things that I did got rejected I probably played the game and probably lost over $50 but they had credited my most recent one so I give him 3 Stars I wish they could have fixed them all but they didn't it

Very fast and efficient payouts and if there even is any issue you just contact them and they'll sort it out. Had a lovely tech named Princess help me with a 50usd offer not getting tracked properly.

These guys are great, they've helped me out of some tough situations from time to time. I haven't had any problems with the tracking and customer service times are improving every day.

I've played on several "earn" apps, and I've widdled it down to this one almost exclusively. Just a couple of hiccups that were addressed with customer service, who made contact within a few minutes every time. Helpful, professional, and it doesn't seem like they are going above and beyond to not honor the rewards/payouts.

I have had a few glitches where games I started playing stopped communicating with the tyr app. I understand there can be glitches with technology. Recently I thought there was a glitch with the game but it was a math error on my end. Someone named Princess took their time walking me through and explaining it to me. This was a complete error on my end. I do highly recommend paying attention to make sure the game you downloaded is communicating with the Tyr app and have patience with customer support.

The tracking and payout for this platform is amazing, and in the event of something that didn’t track properly, Customer Support has been amazing! Quick response, they don’t just disregard your proofs like most other sites! They listen. You have to try it yourself!

The games are fun and they WILL pay but I've had my hiccups but they resolve them if you just use the "talk to us" function.

It works, just make sure u claim ur first reward and verify before u spend money so u can know if it works for you. Support works for most part too.
