The order was received but it was…

The order was received but it was disappointing to see that the roses were not fresh and all of them almost disintegrated with most of the petals falling apart.

The packing was wrapped so tightly that it had damaged a number of the stems.

All in all, this was a very disappointing experience for the money spent.

Overall OK

Overall OK, presentation wasn't the best. Flowers weren't in any water and as a result they arrived looking a bit withered

It was sent for a friend,
She was not at home
I left a medsage saying leave it outside the door
The driver took back the bouquet
Also i lost the ref number and shop name
Now i cannot get it back

Super flower shop web is in town

What is great is that you can get beautiful flowers, bouquets to your budget at anytime, really ANY. Had an emergency once and they delivered at 11pm. The customer care is of great service and won’t let you go unsatisfied. Finally the flower shops are accessible so you can contact them for details or changes .
