Habe eine Hose bestellt und diese zurück gesendet da diese zu groß war. Lieferung war top. Auch über die Qualität kann ich nicht meckern. Aber der Kundenservice is ja so schrecklich.
DHL oder UrPro selber haben die Hose während des Transports verloren. Auf die Rückfrage wann ich mein Geld zurück bekomme, kam nur Vertröstung.
Also ein entgegenkommen dem Kunden über ist in diesem Unternehmen = 0
Ich werd es aufjeden Fall unterlassen zukünftig irgendwas beim Hersteller direkt zu kaufen. Selten so ein schlechten Kundenservice erlebt.

I’m sharing my experience with UF PRO customer service regarding an order placed shortly before the Black Friday promotion.
Order number: C25487030
I became a customer through your website around 24 to 48 hours before the promotions started. I also followed your recommendation by clicking the option to be notified about the Black Friday offers. Despite that, I placed an order for two pairs of pants about 48 hours before the discounts began, and I have already received both items.
Afterwards, I noticed that if I had ordered 48 hours later, I would have paid about 60.00 € less for the exact same order. I therefore contacted customer service to find a simple and reasonable solution, such as a price adjustment or a store credit corresponding to the difference.
The answer I received was that you could not be unfair to other customers, which I can understand in principle. However, the solution then proposed genuinely surprised me: to return the two pants I had already received, and then place a new order in order to benefit from the Black Friday price.
I find this proposal illogical and counterproductive. It wastes everyone’s time, creates unnecessary shipping and handling, increases the risk of delays or mistakes, and generates logistics costs that could have been avoided with a simple commercial gesture.
More importantly, this policy can also penalize other customers. If stock is limited during Black Friday, returning items that are already delivered just to repurchase them can unnecessarily tie up sizes and prevent other people from taking advantage of the offer. In the end, it does not seem beneficial either for customers or for your organization.
On top of that, my exchange with the representative became a real struggle. I spent at least three hours going back and forth in discussion, which is completely disproportionate for a situation that could have been resolved in a much simpler way.
To be clear, the products may be very good, and I am not writing this review to attack the brand. I am simply pointing out that, from a customer service perspective, the solution proposed in this specific case was disappointing because it was disproportionate and lacked common sense.
I’m leaving this review so that other customers know what to expect in a similar situation. As a result, I have decided that I will no longer be a customer of a company whose policy I find so unreasonable.

UF PRO mi je ranije bio ok, ali poslednja porudžbina me razočarala. Materijal i kroj ne deluju kao pre, a komunikacija oko isporuke nije bila najbolja

Have ordered plenty products from their website. I had one issue with a tear and within a day i got contacted, returned the product and was offered very good solutions along with advice for a different model.
I have tried and tested their combat pants and combat shirts and no other brand comes close in comfort and design.
Prior to other reviews that was stated which I had written on this specific site. UF PRO's customer service ( the entire staff ) truly came through above and beyond.
Anyone who had read my reviews, the reasons explaining my specific situation, UF PRO not only supplied the specific materials needed at no cost but picked up the shipping charges.
Throughout the entire process of finding a solution UF PRO ALWAYS replied even though one could not be found in a kind and caring manner.
UPDATE ..... When there is a will there is a way. If your honest and truthful, individuals as well as established companies who truly care as much as you do acknowledge your plea and with and with a little luck you can overcome the impossible.
UF PRO made the impossible and made it possible due to their understanding, caring and most of all kindness.
Thank you sometimes is never enough when a company truly goes the distance and does their very best to help as they did.
So on these last remarks / reviews I cannot thank the entire company enough for all that they do when it comes to their customer service but most important caring for their customers who purchase their apparel. I stand by my words for its only the truth and nothing but the truth.

P-40 All-Terrain Gen.2 Taktische Hose
Nach etwa drei Monaten tragen entstanden Risse im Hüftbereich. Nach Mailverkehr mit dem Support wurde mir gesagt, die Risse seien durch eine Außeneinwirkung entstanden.
An dem Tag wurde mit der Hose lediglich in einem KFZ gesessen und einmal kurz gelaufen.
Selbst bei einer leichten Außeneinwirkung erwarte ich von einer "All-Terrain" Hose für über 200€ eine bessere Qualität und Robustheit. Nach der Anfrage wurde mir eine Reparatur angeboten, bei der ich für den Hin- und Rückversand + etwa 60€ zuzahlen soll. Alternativ wurde mir ein kostenfreies Stück Stoff angeboten. Damit könne ich auf eigene Kosten zu einem Schneider fahren. Ich habe die zweite Variante gewählt und hoffe, dass die Hose halbwegs zu reparieren ist.
Meine dienstlich gelieferte Hose für lediglich 70€ hat den Dienst in den letzten 4 Jahren problemlos überstanden.
Eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Leider meine letzte Uf-Pro Hose
Definitiv keine Empfehlung von mir.
230€ kann ich auch anders verprassen.

After 2 Years all three Jackets I bought Have a broken Zipper. I talked to UF Pro and they offer me to send me new Zippers. I have Jackets which are 5 Years old where the zipper is totally fine which cost half of the price of the UF Pro Jackets. I am disappointed since all Jackets have the same issue it must be some problems withe the zippers.

I was extremely disappointed to find out that all UFPRO gear in plain colors is non NIR Compliant. Do not wear this kit playing airsoft at night, you will look like a walking version of Casper. The Brown Grey glows bright white. For a company that "strives to improve and be honest about their products", no where does it state that their kit performs so terribly under night vision. When I complained about this and asked to return my order, I received no help at all. Useless customer service

I had my doubts about the Monsoon XT Gen.2 Jacket Black - 2XL and Monsoon XT Pants Black - L , but I took the chance to order it, and I was gladly surprised,it is so well designed and the hood straps is amazing, the only thing I have to say is that you need a jacket for summer and for the winter one size bigger so you can wear a jacket inside.
So only 👍up for this rain gear.
Now the rain is nothing to be concerned about 😊
My belt broke in the field. I emailed UF PRO and they requested I shipped the broken belt back so they could fix it and send it back again, instead of just sending a new one straight away. The correspondance with the team was confusing and not really helpful at all. - The products are high in quality, but the customer support is not..

Uf-Pro always delivers. I love their products, the shipping is easy and quick and the staff is amazing. I just went to their headquater in Slovenia today, super service and brilliant shop! Would definitely recommend, for anyone that likes good outdoor gear!
Brought a product, didn’t fit so returned and ordered the next size. To my disappointment they haven’t refunded because it’s been ‘worn’

They constantly say that they value their customers and listen to their opinion and repeat it ad infinitum. But when you buy a pair of trousers for €284 that are not the same color and pattern (Multicam Black) all over, you are simply told that this is how it is and they can't do anything about it. Nor can they give as much as a €1 discount, despite the fact that you cannot see the mentioned color differences in the material they have on their website.
