Customer service is awful

Customer service is slow and do not take responsibility.
Screws have come loose in tap shoes and fallen out while dancing, I've been told to get them fixed at my own cost - I've not even had them a year and dance once a week.
Replies via email often take a week. I feel scammed :(

The worst company ever

The worst company ever. Bloch Europe can steal your money and won't even bother answer to you. I just lost 50 euros for an item that didn't arrived. there is no phone to call them, and on the mail they tell you that we will check the matter and we will answer to you. It's been a month for god's sake!!!

Scammers or total incompetents.

Edit: email received asking which shoes were wanted, having failed to gather this information from the initial order, the return slip and two further emails! I think that this is a good old firm which has contracted distribution to a bunch of total incompetents.

Original Post: My wife ordered two items a month ago. Two items were sent but one was totally incorrect and didn't match the despatch note. They will not issue a free return label for 'incorrect item' so my wife paid to return the item with an explanatory note. She eventually received an email refusing a replacement or refund as what she returned was not what she ordered! She replied stating clearly that this was precisely the problem and that the fault was theirs, not hers. Three weeks and one chase email later, no response.

Quality Products

Quality products and the prices reflect that. My only issue was I'd followed a link in an email to reorder something but the size reverted to the smallest, not what I'd ordered. I'd realised my mistake within 30 seconds of placing the order but there's no way of cancelling or amending it.

Shockingly bad customer service

Shockingly bad customer service for returns. Sent a pair of shoes back almost two months ago and am still to receive a refund. Excuse given that 'there was missing information on the returns form but we're processing it now for you'. No phone number on the website so you have to go through a form or email which doesn't fill me with confidence. Avoid at all cost unless you don't ever want to return something, in which case, best of luck.

It's impossible to get a refund

My experience with this store has been very disappointing. Customers have to cover the return shipping costs, sending the products back to their warehouse in Poland, which is already quite expensive.

But the worst part is the complete lack of communication. I sent the package back, SEUR confirmed the delivery, yet I have received no confirmation or refund from the store.

I’ve tried to contact their customer service by email, Facebook, and other social media, but they simply don’t respond.
In short, nonexistent customer support and a very unprofessional return process. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Hard to get a refund

Two of the 4 items I ordered were returned quickly but I did not receive any contact from Bloch nor a refund. Now two months later I have successfully received a refund by requesting it via PayPal with my proof of purchase. Brilliant PayPal

Poor customer service and failure to provide refund

Whilst I received my order in good time, I had to return it, because it was too small. To date, I've not received my refund, despite returning it more than 10 days ago. I sent the company a message re my order, using their online form, but got no response.

The company itself is fine but maybe…

The company itself is fine but maybe the descriptions of the products needs to be clearer. I thought the ballet shoes I bought would have the elastic straps sewn on burt this is only the case of one side of each strap. You still need to sew on the other side and I hate sewing.

I would never recommend this company

I would never recommend this company, terrible customer service. Bought 2 pairs of ballet shoes and needed to return one pair. Cost £6.49 to return as had to be tracked, signed for and for over a week have been chasing a refund to no avail. They have asked for the same postal receipt on 3 different occasions, even though provided this at the beginning, then excuses and escuses why they have not refunded. Should have been so simple, but now having to open a case on paypal just to get a refund. Its such a shame as would have come back for other items but now will never shop again with them, They obviously have no intention of refunding, Absolutely terrible customer service

Excellent kit

Excellent kit. It makes my ballet and my dance classes much easier if I don’t have to worry about my penis and testes accidentally flopping out.
