Poor Delivery Service Team
Ordered table on 30/07/2026 hoping for a next day delivery as advertised on their website. Two weeks later I get delivery of the table and the delivery company arrives 30 mins early ringing & knocking my door at 07:25am waking up the whole household, with no prior warning. Called customer service to complain only to be told they had lots of deliveries that day.

Item recieved very badly packaged and signs of wear - this is a returned item sold as new - disgusted.
Item recieved very badly packaged - clearly resealed. This was obviously a return item resold. Contents were in disarray, box was damaged. Items showed signs of wear (e.g. wheels). Completely ruined our sons 18th birthday, we were unable to return via Amazon as only option given was to post. Contacted company direct - await a response. Disgusted.

Thank you for your review, we have investigated and found the damage occurred after the carrier returned the product to their warehouse after recording a failed delivery when they couldn’t find your address. It seems the packaging was damaged, and items moved around in the box during these movements. In this case the carrier should have requested a new item before delivery. We apologise that the table arrived in this condition and have reached out to you via Amazon to discuss how we can rectify this and we have arranged for a replacement table to be delivered to you and the damaged product collected ASAP. Packaging is very poor.
The table arrived in a cardboard box. 110 kg of loose components in a cardboard box is asking for trouble.
One of the table tops arrived with a serious dent to the side rigid metal frame. And another component was damaged (rivet sheared off), presumably in the same traumatic impact event.
Replacements came after 3 weeks.
Really, the packaging needs a rethink.

Outstanding Personal Service! Really grateful to Adam Radford and team at Cornilleau. Having had a problem with my outdoor table Adam personally got involved and went to great lengths to resolve my issue to my complete satisfaction. One star mark down as the instructions to build were quite hard to follow and didn’t match the video BUT we got there and it is amazing!! Sturdy and solid, and has been such fun
