Good customer service experience

Unfortunately the products I ordered didn’t suit my hair, the customer service was great. Although due to Christmas period and volume of emails it took a while for them to get back to me initially, Carly was very helpful, provided some advice on products and gave a refund for the items that didn’t work for me.

There was an error on my order which was resolved by Carly. She was very polite, kind and helpful and ensured the issue was revolved. I love the products, they are the best for my wavy hair and customer service is brilliant.

Excellent support from customer service…

Excellent support from customer service was provided by Carly when my order was not processed and then the incorrect item was sent. 5 stars to customer service, Carly was fast to reply and send out a new order which I received within 2 days. I like Curlsmith products however they lost a star due to several errors made by the warehouse/ordering system.

I love Curlsmith products

I love Curlsmith products, particularly the Shine range. It always leaves my hair soft and…well, shiny!

Also, I had a recent issue with a product that arrived damaged and the communication with Carly to sort the problem was polite, efficient and so quick. Would definitely recommend Curlsmith!

Disappointing Experience with Curl Smith's Customer Service

I recently purchased the Travel Defrizzion Dryer from Curl Smith, hoping it would improve the manageability of my hair. Unfortunately, the product did not meet my expectations, as it didn’t work effectively for my hair type.

I reached out to customer service via email, hoping to return the dryer. However, the response time was extremely slow, leading to frustrating delays in communication. When I finally received a reply, I was informed that I could not return the product because it had been used. This policy was never clearly communicated during the purchase process, which made the situation even more disappointing.

Overall, my experience with both the product and the customer service has been less than satisfactory. The lack of clear communication and delayed responses from Curl Smith has left me frustrated and unlikely to recommend their products in the future.

Impeccable customer service

Ordered for the first time from Curlsmith and emailed customer support and talked with Carly. Even though I had personally messed up my order Carly helped me with swift, kind and flexible service! I have yet to try my new products, but I am very excited!

Encountered problems but all resolved- completely

Unfortunately, during the Christmas period, one of my orders was not delivered, and another arrived with a damaged item. Carly, who handled my query, was exceptional in addressing my concerns. She was professional, prompt, and incredibly kind. Carly is truly an asset to the company.

Still no news from Curlsmith? No refund, No goodsI am not getting anywhere with trying…

I am not getting anywhere with trying to trace the large order paid for over 5 weeks ago. I have used the chatbot, received and sent emails, order found. Then nothing to say when it can be delivered. Then when querying next steps, receive another email saying they do not have any information. Yet I have emails from Curlsmith with all of the order details, the email address and proof of purchase. I am about to go to my credit card provider to sort as it seems impossible. Such a shame, great product and my first multiple purchase of a few hundred pounds for a gift that was to be delivered over a month ago and now cannot be found. I have a full email thread of many emails saying found, not found, can you provide an order number with a valid order number in the title of the email. One which says 'We will let you know when it will be available' then nothing. I need the stock delivered or the refund please. hello@curlsmith has already been tried many times.

The order is from Curlsmith Canada ordered from the UK. The order number is Re: Order #CA-19153

Why is Curlsmith still not responding? Alicia, I have sent you everything too? Irrespective of what country this is I have ordered in good faith from Curlsmith.com. My money has been taken, no goods. Who will take responsibility from Curlsmith to either - Give me a refund or deliver the goods? I have emailed Alicia all the required information. Thank you
P.s. Alica, you can't use the US/CA Contact form without a US Phone number? I need your help please.

Hi Alicia - Any news? I am guessing not? I have now read lots of other reviews and I so wish that I had before. Did you have a contact in Curlsmith CA? I really think that I may need to raise this with Trading Standards otherwise. I don't understand why my money, a substantial amount for me - over £200 has not been refunded? Can you assure me that this will be the case promptly? As you are unable to let me know if I will ever get the product delivered to my daughter. What poor service. No present for her.

Left my hair dull and rough

I bought the weightless air dry cream and hydroflex jelly. Was so excited to use these products as I have fine hair. Sorry to say they are awful. However little product I use, my hair is left dull and feels rough. Also got another one each of these as birthday gifts, so I now have 4 bottles of useless products. Really disappointed.

Shout-out to Carly. What a star!

I placed an order during the Black Friday sale, but I didn't receive one of my orders, I guess because of how busy things get around this time of year.
I got in touch with customer service and was emailed by Carly and she was quick to sort the whole order issue out for me. She issued a replacement order, free of charge and I received it a week later! :)
Very grateful for Carly's help and quick response times too.
This is some of the best customer service I have ever received and I'm excited to try the products!

Outstanding customer service.

What a pleasure it is to order from a company that possibly has THE best customer service I personally have ever experienced. Curlsmith products are exceptional, matched by their customer service! Nothing was too much trouble for Alicia to sort out, even when it was my mistake on the order. Her email responses were friendly and understanding, and she was quick to respond, despite the pressures of Christmas.Hope this standard of customer service is recognised with some fabulous Chrstmas surprises for your staff Curlsmith!

Great customer service from Alicia

The products shipped very quickly. One of the items -a bamboo comb- was broken, so I emailed Customer Services. I received a lovely and courteous reply from Alicia, who quickly arranged for a replacement to be sent.
