Love Curlsmith products and took advantage of their Black Friday deal.
Had an issue with a product arriving broken & Alicia answered my query and replaced my broken conditioner - great customer service! Thank you Alicia

I've used Curlsmith products for a couple of years now and I think they are amazing . I've finally found products that keep my hair healthy and keep my curls looking tidy

I recently placed and order but the wrong order arrived. I got in touch with Curlsmith and Carly got back to me within 24 hours. The correct products were shipped quickly

Had a problem with my continuous spray bottle, contacted the company and had correspondence from Carly. Had a quick and very satisfactory reply which sorted out the issue. Fantastic many thanks much appreciated.

Good to have personal help about products for my curly hair as it's a minefield and so many products don't work. So far the Curlsmith ones work the best and I am grateful to be able to ask questions and receive personal assistance.

My regular order wasn’t delivered by the delivery service. I contacted Carly at Curlsmith and she was really helpful, quickly investigated and issued a replacement. Great to meet a company who treat their customers like human beings and valued customers. Top Notch 😁

They have great products, but I ended up with one not suitable for my hair due to some ambiguous/differing product information. However, Carly heard me out and honoured their refund policy, ensuring my continued patronage. It's really appreciated.

Carly was supportive in helping figure out what the payment portal glitch was but reached a dead end when IT couldn't figure out. I almost couldn't purchase curlsmith products anymore then by chance I figured it out and Carly was kind enough to consider the discount I had missed the deadline of because of the glitch. I would just suggest IT consider further support methods rather than losing a customer..
