I don’t know this company however I have received a whatsapp message and got blocked:
‘Nice to meet you, I'm Henna from UK Grafton. Would you interested for flexible role, May I share you more details?’

Grafton seems to be the target of an annoying and persisted recruitment fraud effort (go figure!). My original review was on the basis of this fraudulent contact. However, I was really impressed with how quickly and seriously the company responded to the issue, and how professional they were in their handling of the case. As such, I'll keep the review for future reviewers to be aware of (see below), but amend my rating to reflect the speed and quality of the resolution response from Grafton.

Original review:
A really poor experience. Dionne reached out to me, unsolicited, via WhatsApp. She was perfectly polite, but I wasn't interested in a new role at the time.

On the back of this, I asked Dionne to remove my details from Grafton's database, and confirm in writing that she had carried out this action. After multiple prompts, and confirmed Read Receipts on WhatsApp, total silence. As far as I'm aware, this puts Grafton in breach of EU and ICO rules around customer data retention, but Dionne basically blanks me and refuses to remove my details from their system. Really poor - I expect much better from recruitment companies in this day and age.

Kate contacted me via email and linkedin for 2 potential job opportunities. 3 weeks later after, 2 rounds of interviews I have landed a job into a dream industry of mine. Kate gave me invaluable, important information which helped me stand out initially for the 1st stage. Following on for the 2nd stage, I had to do a presentation. Again Kate was incredibly insightful and helpful when it came to improving the presentation and ultimately, I've got what I want. I can't be thankful enough!

My experience with Agnieszka was brilliant. Her attention to detail, follow ups and easy communication from start to the end of my interview process, even after getting the job was excellent!! Highly recommend Grafton Recruitment!

I wasn't even out of work a week and Leigh managed to get me 2 job interviews! She was there reassuring me whenever I needed it, I was able go call or text her at anytime and within ten minutes she would get back to me. Leigh was honestly my biggest cheerleader.. she was there for me right after my interviews and I managed to get myself 2 job offers in one day! I was contacted by Ryan Winfield and right from the start I new I was in good hands. Gave me constant contact and kept me up to date with everything as and when it was happening. Resulted in getting me a full time job that suits my needs perfectly. Would recommend Ryan to anyone that needs help finding anything in this field.
