Shocking

Shocking! They don't deserve even 1 star,I just couldn't rate them less! I bought leggings for my 9 y.o. daughter. They cost me £40! After 2 wears they developed a fault. I wrote to them on numerous occasions, haven't received any response for weeks. Finally they replied that they did an internal investigation and the item is fine and they aren't going to refund or replace it. How could £40 leggings last two wears and be fine! SCAM! AVOID!

Not great customer service.

I have been waiting a week for someone to respond regarding an address or returns label to send back as the link on the website does not work. I have emailed 5 times and 5 times they come back with no label but links to their returns site. Really bad customer experience. All I need is a returns address.

Lamentable

Lamentable, tuve problemas para recibir el pedido porque pusieron mal la dirección y no querían cambiarla (me dijeron que no podían!?), y hace casi 15 dias les llegó mi devolución, y no he visto mi dinero de vuelta ni contestan a mis emails. Una vergüenza de servicio. Esto es una opinión de es.kidsaround.com

Ok, you must be like me....
Gorgeous coat for kids, nice website, amazing prices, apparently fast delivery, email confirmation.

Everything seemed fine... Until you have not received your order... You wait for a week or two as you understood during covid and Christmas season, things may be slow. Week 3 or 4, your order is still not here, now you know you there is a problem. But that's ok, just contact customer service right? You try to contact them through email, fb, instagram and called. No answer. No reply.

Now you know you have been conned.

Really bad service, if you are considering buying, just stop right here. This shop is in France, not UK. They just want your money, if you don't receive your order or if there are some issue with your order (after you've paid), they will ignore you. I contacted them through fb, got one reply, then I asked for a refund as it was sent back for no reason, I get automated messages to call their France number. Em no, just give me a refund, calls to France can be expensive.

PAY WITH PAYPAL! They will get your money back, true story here, I have got my refund back. DISPUTE THEM NOW!

Avoid this company there a disgrace I ordered a hugo boss polo shirt which was too big and sent it back I received a email confirming they had received the polo shirt and still no refund a week later I have tried on numerous occasions to get hold of them by email Facebook and telephone and they don’t reply will not be buying off this company again

I ordered a hugo boss tracksuit for my sons birthday and instead a Timberland jacket was delivered. I called customer services a lady picked up the phone spoke in french when I said please can I speak to someone in English she pretented the line was not clear and disconnected I was appalled by this. I carried on calling at various times but got no responce and was on hold. Spent alot of money o making a call to France from uk. I returned the Jacket as per the instructions. I'm still waiting on a refund. I completed the customer service forms several times in french perhaps English too should be an option. Still no responce.  Sadly I am out of pocket £110 which was taken from my card not refunded to date. Made international phone call put on hold for ages got a phone bill of £35.  I was worried about dodgy companies hence I called Hugo Boss head office in the UK to find out who their kids clothes brand sale official dealers were and they gave me ' kids around' website. This is the first and last time i will be purchasing from them and i shall make a official complaint to Hugo Boss who gave me their website as kids clothes being their official dealership for their brand.

Feel like ive been scammed

Feel like ive been scammed, they said they sent my order but i havent recieved anything. The tracking is in french, ok I expect that i have no complaints but have sent them emails and no response, no refund or attempt to re deliver my item.
Shocking service if i could give less than 1 i would
Update, they are now saying my parcel has been delivered when no such thing. My neighbours dont have anything and im home 24/7 as isolating ! Disgusting

After reading all the mixed reviews I was hesitant on ordering anything as I had a list so I decided just order 1 item to see if I had any problems, but no ordered my item on the Wednesday for delivery to uk and received it via DPD on the following Tuesday so will definitely be ordering everything else on my list. Never had any reason to contact customer service so can’t review on that but the quality is good too. Have send the website to a few of my friends to order from too

If I could give them 0 I would! Extremely bad customer service. Avoid buying! I returned a coat, they said they refunded me and I never received the refund. After months of chasing after them for the refund they finally said they couldn’t refund me and gave me store credit instead. The code they sent me for store credit didn’t work. I emailed them again and they then sent me a discount code for 10% off. Incredibly frustrating. Oh and if you want to call them you have to call France and pay international charges.

Ordered 2 coats only received 1 tried all social media and contact email with no replies managed to get through on the phone was told to send a hand written letter with proof of id to received my refund as it was now out of stock sent letter and I’d yet still haven’t received refund or any reply’s bad customer service

Ordered 2 coats on the 18th July for my…

Ordered 2 coats on the 18th July for my 2 girls. Only 1 arrived but still charged full price and delivery for remaining one which I now didn’t want.
I asked for them to not deliver (they still did) had to return the item. Not received any refund or correspondence to my emails. I’m owed money £48 and looking doubtful I’ll ever get it back.
Terrible service, and just take your money. (I need the money to buy my little girls another school coat!) would not recommend!!!

Live in the uk and the dispatch time and shipment these provide is better than half of the uk designer stores considering it comes from France! Always first to have the new season styles and the sales are the best!! This is my go to website now for my kids 😁
