October's Very Own Avis 

Overall I felt very pleased with the amount of product information on the OVO website. The images of the products are taken at clear angles showing every detail. Also, the information about the model's size has helped me to acquire the best sizing for me.

I bought a T Shirt as a gift in size large as the person I was buying for has other OVO items in that size, it came & is 2 sizes smaller than the other large top he has! I have emailed twice requesting an exchange, no reply, I cant return it withing the allotted 14 days as I said I was a gift & bought 2 weeks before the birthday so didnt realise the size would be so different, even if I could send it back they dont refund the shipping & then you have to pay for it to be returned! So I'm £52 out of pocket & no gift for my brother! Disgusting that you can treat customers like this, very disappointed!

Multiple times I have ordered off these guys and you’re pretty much playing Russian roulette with these guys cause sometimes you’ll actually get you’re size and sometimes you won’t. I wear a size large and I have about 3 or 4 shirts total that fit like a small or medium and 1 jacket that definitely is small and today was the last straw I’m getting sick and tired of these guys I’m a real big drake fan and I wanna support him. But i keep getting screwed over by these guys and it’s really frustrating!! And I been shopping with these guys for the past 2 years yeah I hardly buy stuff off of them only items I really like and the ones I really like are the things I get screwed over. So yeah that’s my review for these guy. I don’t know if anyone else has had these problems haven’t found anything but it’s time I speak out really how it is.

October's very own is a disgraceful company bought a jumper off them which hasn't turned up no way of phoning them and they are not even replying to my email messages DISGUSTING avoid at all vosts

My husband purchased an ovo/roots hoody in October for Christmas. He gave it to me Christmas Day and the first time I put it on, he noticed the silk screen owl logo on the back was cracking. I emailed ovo to inform them of this issue and their response was that the sweater was “heavily worn”. Heavily worn??!! I haven’t even washed it yet! Also, because it’s past their 14 day return policy, they wouldn’t do anything about it anyways. It was a gift... yes he did buy it in October but I didn’t receive it until December. My husband also received an OVO T-shirt from the store in Toronto. The logo on that shirt started to peel as well. We are super disappointed with the product and customer service we have received and won’t be buying ovo again.

Bought a $180 worth of hoodie from the Yorkdale location in Toronto Canada for my son's birthday and they are refusing to do an exchange for wrong size i bought as the deadline has passed. Just 2 days past the exchange policy date. Managers make an exception normally from other stores but no this guys was extremely rude and would not help out saying he can't even find the damn item number in his system like is it my fault ?
One thing is for sure. We are not buying anything from OVO ever again and everyone we told about OVO is surprised too and has been cautioned. My $200 has been wasted but they have lost what would have been a loyal customer forever.

Do not buy from this company unless you want to chuck your money down the drain. I ordered two t-shirts one for £58 another for £48.When the parcel arrived it had paperwork for two t-shirts but only one in the parcel.
There is no contact telephone number so I e-mailed OVO who told me that the parcel must have been tampered with and it is nothing to do with them and blamed UPS. These items were birthday gifts for my son and after two days I am £58 out of pocket. Probably not a lot of money for Drake

Have bought many times from there and not had a problem and i could follow my order all the way
