Awful customer service

Awful website. Ordered something for Christmas present. Took ages to ship it and then when I tried to return it they took 13 days to reply to my email and had the nerve to tell me that you have to return with 14 days. Didn’t receive the package in 14 days - it wasn’t even shipped in that time frame. Will never shop here again and wish I’d read the reviews before I did.

OVO's online store - ghost billing?

I placed an order on December 1st 2021 and still have not received it. Apparently a shipping label was created in mid December but that's as far as the updates go, and NO ONE from OVO's customer service email has responded to my inquiries on the status of my order. Never purchasing anything online from them again. I want my money back!

Giving them one star feels generous as they’ve done nothing and deserve nothing in return.

Perhaps they think that because Drake is their sugar daddy, they’re too cool to bothered with anything that resembles customer service. I ordered a month ago and still haven’t heard anything beyond automatically generated emails which say nothing.

I’ll never order from them again.

Never order from OVO Online Store ever again

I placed two orders in November 2021 and only got one shipping label. It was just a shipping label created and UPS is waiting on the item from OVO. I’ve emailed them numerous times in December asking for an update. They say they will look into it and follow up, no response since. Today is January 4, 2022. The OVO stores are no better though. I went to the square one location and was ready to cash out and 2 cashiers were there, guess what they did. They walked off. One went on break the other went to talk to other customers. This is an embarrassment to drakes OVO brand.

Please do NOT do business with this company online.

They are experts at collecting your money quickly and if you're lucky, you "might" even get a product months later, if your one of the lucky ones.

I won't share much detail because I have an open case waiting for shipping.....after many weeks, and communications that nobody has responded to yet.

They do not answer any inquiries and you will only ever receive automated emails saying "they are looking into your concern".

I'm actually not even sure Drake is part of this business - this all seems highly suspect. If Drake is aware of how this business operates and he's connected to it and doing nothing about it, guess he's not the guy we all thought and hoped he was.

My kids Christmas was really impacted by this failed online purchase, and I will not make this mistake again.

Horrible customer service, no communications, no updates at all, nothing. Just lost money and what appears right now to be a total SCAM.

If the OVO online business model is to scam and screw your clients, you get an A+. If your goal was to run a legitimate business with good customer service and leaving your clients wanting more, you failed miserably.

Disgusted with the overall experience, and I see hundreds of others are across multiple service platforms.

It simply can't be good for business to see so many people telling others to AVOID your service and product at all costs.

If OVO was a responsible online retailer, they would be trying to fix their issues to help address the countless folks that have lost money to your company and take to the web to share their negative experiences.....over.....and over......and over........and over........and over......again!

Shipping extremely slow..

Shipping extremely slow... I ordered Dec 2nd and still has not been shipped. I ordered from Aritzia on Dec 22 and package arrived on the 24th, now that's awesome service. I ordered most xmas presents on line this year, OVO is the only company not to deliver on time. Do they ship by donkey? Not sure why there is such a delay with shipping where nowhere else seems to have the same problem. I wish I would have read these reviews.

They ruined his Christmas!

They sent me an email asking me to provide them with personally identifiable information, via email! Supposedly it’s part of their fraud prevention program. Lol. I didn’t send them my PII and they canceled my order, which was the only thing my son wanted for Christmas.
Extremely poor execution on the business side. It’s 2021, we are trained to not send PII over email to anyone! I replied and asked to speak with someone, but nothing. Customer service is nonexistent with this company. They do not return emails, and that is the only option for communicating with them.
I would avoid doing business with this company. Their prices certainly do not reflect how they value their customers. So disappointed and thanks for ruining my son’s Christmas!

DO NOT BUY FROM OVO!!

If I could give them a 0, I would. The status of the item I ordere was delivered, but I never received my item. Contacted them, they said the carrier would do an investigation. Did not hear from them for two weeks. Finally, I contacted them, and they said the carrier interviewed the driver and the driver said it was delivered so no further action will be taken. So basically, that's your problem, we're not giving you back your money. I regret ordering the item for my son. WORST COMPANY EVER. DRAKE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HIMSELF FOR ENDORSING A COMPANY WITH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FROM OTHER REVIEWS, BAD QUALITY CLOTHING. DO YOUR RESEARCH DRAKE!!!

Don't bother with these con merchants

Don't bother with these con merchants. I ordered tow pairs of cargo shorts and waited nearly two months only to receive garments of very poor quality that is basically cheap and nasty crap from China. If look on their Facebook page in which I have reported, you will find that they have suddenly muted the comments section on all of their posts. I shall not be purchasing from them ever again. Not happy at all. 😡🤬

Terrible Service from a Brand that is endorsed by DRAKE and has all the young kids falling for it. Bought by son an OVO T-shirt for Christmas. Washed it once, and the OWL is pealing off. Sent message to customer service and asked how to repair since he only work the T-Shirt one time. They told me next time I should follow the washing instructions. That is exactly what I did when I washed it and hung it to dry to make sure nothing happened to it. What terrible customer service response. Completely inconsiderate of the money people are paying. This is the first and definitely the last time. All my son has now is a Black T-Shirt. Thank you OVO. Thank you Drake. I could have bought him a Black T-Shirt for 1/3 of the money.

4 weeks to tell me something was out of stock

I placed an order online on Nov. 29th, 2020. After 18 full business days without any news regarding my order, I received two e-mails: one from OVO Canada reading one of the three items I ordered was actually not available and asking whether I wanted to get a refund or receive the remaining two items. The second e-mail was from OVO UK, where I placed the order, and read that I would get a refund for the missing item and that the rest of the order was about to be shipped.
Two messages, two different types of info...

I ended up paying a premium for articles that were supposed to be available, I was informed very late not all of them were ... and I was charged 15 UK£ for shipping (an outrageous figure compared to any other online fashion store). In EU, the company sells goods in UK£ and not in €, which makes the goods even more expensive. All of that with crazy shipping rates.
... and yet, at this price, you need to wait about 4 weeks just to know something is actually out of stock.
The service clearly does not match the price tag, and that's where it hurts because I had already bought stuff directly in store and the quality of the clothes was good.

Long story short: I did not have my order for Christmas, despite buying in late November; I was not able to get the present I wanted for my friend; I had no info for about 4 weeks and would have received my order maybe 5 or 6 weeks after placing it had I chosen to receive the remaining two articles ... and I lost 10 € in the process. Since they only sell in UK£ in EU, most banks will charge something for converting the amount from € to £. I got the refund for the items I had ordered, but not for the banking fees.
How to lose a few coins while being let down by a company that still sells stuff at a very high price.
And since Drake's image is tied to the brand, it's hurting him as well. It really pains me to write that because I'm a big fan of his.

It's really too bad, because the items I bought in late 2019 in Toronto were of good quality.
I don't know what it's like now when it comes to the clothes, but the online service definitely has room for improvement. Like... a lot of room!

Horrible Customer Service

I bought an OVO t-shirt just before Christmas because the store was closed at the Eaton Centre. It was the wrong size. I have been waiting for the stores to re-open to take it into the store and exchange for a larger size like all other retailers are doing, especially during COVID.
I tried to exchange at the store and they told me that they work off a different inventory system so it would need to email the customer service directly.
I emailed them and they tell me they are only accepting 14 days for exchange.
Not only have we been waiting 3 months to exchange now my son will never be able to wear the shirt that I paid $75 with shipping for
Brutal way to run a company!!

Terrible Customer Service/Refund/Exchange

I will never buy from this company again. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering online for a Christmas gift. Absolute neglect to customers who pay good money for OVO products. I purchased online an OVO hoodie Christmas gift. Size and colour were not what we wanted. I tried to exchange and return only to find out that the one store in Ottawa does not accept returns or offer exchanges. Tried to send back via mail only to be told they do not accept any returns???!!!! Absolute robbery in my opinion. OVO Customer Service kept sending me a blanket statement email to my requests for a refund/exchange. Complete disregard for good customer service. Totally taking advantage of customers during the Pandemic where many are forced to buy on-line. NEVER WILL I BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Disappointed

I purchased 3 shirts from OVO never received it ..filed a complaint with fedEx and reached out to OVO they informed me that their was nothing they can do ..remind you I had cameras outside my house which proves My package wasn’t delivered..they refused to Reimburse me or send the shirts again over all bad experience no Compassion .... I was a drake fan but this left a bad taste unprofessional

We purchased a sweater for Christmas. We ordered in September and received it in December. On the bag it's written from Aliexpress and the quality is horrible. Wrote back to them and never received an answer. Do not buy from this company!

good product bad logistics

Overall happy with the product. However, would say i wouldn't order from here again. Delivery cost is £10, which is very expensive when you already bring something costly and you would think £10 delivery is how much you would pay for next day delivery but no it had a time frame of 5-10 days, and there returns policy is 2 weeks so it was a struggle trying to workout when to order the product. Then as the product was too big i had to pay myself to send it back, which was another £10 and then re order in a smaller size, which again was another £10. Personally don't think its worth the hassle.
