Excellent cleaning and whitening. Could improve on sensitivity
I'm still learning how to direct my Waterpik without dousing my hair and glasses, but I'm getting better and the results are worth it.
The whitening toothpaste is excellent though its gum sensitivity formulation isn't strong enough for me to give up Colgate Complete.

If you're still getting used to it, try starting on Gentle Mode and increasing the pressure as you become more comfortable. We bought 2 sonic pros last year. One worked perfectly and had zero problems. One suddenly the battery wouldn't charge. Contacted customer service. Within a day of telling them there was a new one on the way to me. This was the only issue we've had and it was resolved super fast. The toothbrush is amazing. It cleans super well and feels clean

Good value bundle, excellent toothbrush and dispatched quickly. I emailed them as i was concerned about it reaching us in time for fathers day, and their customer service was great - they responded quickly and were empathetic and informative. Would recommend this site.

Excellent customer service
I had a problem with the toothbrush turning on and off after about 8 months, but Suzanne at customer service was great. Sent a short video showing the issue and she quickly sent out a new one. Couldn't fault the service.
