What I like most is that the courier picks up a parcel from my house and the addressee gets it at his threshold. Everything is well organised.The staff is helpful and professional.

Things get worse
Things get worse, I used them for 2 years and service slowly degraded. Now, no more local drop off, in the Netherlands, customer service is unfriendly and price increased a lot. Not recommended.

Not the first review as using this company for good few years. Parcel to Belarus took 8 days recently! That's a big wow! Also extremely quick reply from live chat on the site. I highly recommend this service!
