What I like most is that the courier picks up a parcel from my house and the addressee gets it at his threshold. Everything is well organised.The staff is helpful and professional.

The communication with Ukay Express support was fantastic - quick, they answered all questions and helped me very well in all my concerns.
The packed was picked up perfectly. And was delivered during the period of time, given earlier. It arrived without problems. And I could follow all steps of the package.
So, really, I recommend this as delivery service to Russia.

As usual the company came up trumps. Fast efficient service, friendly no panic attached ambiance of the whole experience, always on hand when you think you have done something wrong to reassure you that everything is OK, very competitive prices. The only thing to improve I think could have been the range of weight. Sometimes I only have 7 kg. Too much for a 5 kg parcel and too small for a 10 kg parcel

Very good service
I used the service sixth time now. Sent a parcel to Russia Krasnodar Region. Parcel delivered in 19 days. Only a bit expensive, I think. I paid £65 for 20kg. But I can fully recommend them and will use them again. Many thanks.
