How it used to be in the motor trade - poor
I was very disappointed with this company. They offered a call me in price which I accepted. They then reduced it as they said they had priced it wrongly. Someone attended. Said the van had been damaged on the offside which it hadn't. Reduced price again to now being 4500 less than original price. It was awful. I am not sure who has written these reviews but it is not the experience I had on a 23 plate van. Could not possibly recommend them

Hi Carolyn, as per our conversations with you following the visual inspection of the vehicle - which we left on friendly terms - we are sorry you were so disappointed by your experience with us. However, we do need to state that we reduced the price by £1,800 not £4,500, due to the damage that was clearly visible when we inspected the van. Our experienced appraiser explained all the damage and new paintwork that was visible to him, plus the issue with the gearbox and therefore you agreed to us providing an amended offer, which you declined. We accept you had a negative experience and we wanted to try and resolve this with you and get to a price we could agree on, but unfortunately that's not been possible. Best wishes.

Absolutely easy no hassle and stress free. Never sold a van like this before so was very nervous as didn't know what I was doing. Darren made it effortless and did everything from start to finish. Deposit was left and Harvey came down today to check the van over to make sure everything was as described. Then money was paid and they did all the paperwork and job done. Thanks again.

Very straight forward process
Very straight forward process, Darren offered the best price for my van out of all the Companies I contacted. Once I accepted the offer the van was collected the same day. Money in my account and confirmation from DVLA the transfer of ownership had been processed before the driver left with van. This is the 2nd van I have sold to them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Darren was very open, honest and fair in reaching my expectations. Selling my old VW Transporter became a very simple and stress-free experience. After negotiations- we reached a fair deal
in the morning and later that same evening Jason ‘Top Bloke’ turned up, examined and test drove. Deal done and monies immediately transferred into my bank account before Jason drove off into the sunset (it was a beautiful evening - glad the AC worked) Highly recommended, excellent communication, 100% open and honest and genuine. Contacted ukbestvanbuyer because they offered slightly more than the competition & I am glad I did as you could not wish to meet nicer people.They inspected & test drove the van & said it was as I had described it , they didnt try to knock me down.All the paper work & payment was sorted straight away Altogether a pleasant experience & would highly recommend this company.

Instant payment, great staff!
Dealing with Darren and Jason was extremely easy, although I wished for a slightly higher price I am happy my van will see a new home rather than stay parked.
Jason came down the same day, Darren arranged the transfer into my bank as soon as the inspection was completed and everyone’s happy.
Can honestly say Jason is one of the nicest people you will meet in the trade & will happily do business with these guys again if and when the time comes.
