Quick, easy and got a good price for my van. I felt like I was dealing with human beings and not a faceless website. The offered a price and paid it.

Just sold my peugeot boxer van and was extremely pleased with my dealings with Adam and the driver Pez , polite and efficent would recommend this company highly

I had great dealings with Mike and he was very friendly, easy to deal with and always got back to me if I required any more information.
Dave collected my vehicle today and was as helpful as Mike and pleasant to deal with.
The only negative I have to say about my experience is like others who have left a review, that being the 20 mile road test!! I think maybe it should only happen if your vehicle is over a certain age/mileage, it’s a little excessive when your vehicle is under warranty and hasn’t had it’s first MOT.

Mike at Van Buyers UK contacted me to see if I still wanted to sell my 71 plate van with only 6060 on the clock he told me they were much better than others as once the price was agreed the transporter came and picked it up no tyre kicking no testing it was picked up and I was paid immediately.nothing further from the truth! My list of complaints are to long suffice to say I would never use them again
Ps They also require the carrier to perform a 20mile test

Agreed a price which was acceptable for both parties. Collected it that week whilst i was on site, which was really handy. Money transferred there & then!!

Having been offered a price of £13500 within a few minutes on my van then four days later after many phone calls to be told all they can offer is £12250 I feel the whole episode quiet disheartening

Asked for a quotation for a low mileage 2018 transit custom, sent pictures in and was then called to discuss a few more details. They offered £8,650 which was far lower than market price.

I had a private viewing after our conversation, later that day who offered £14,000 (now sold).

I wouldn't normally leave a bad review for a low quotation but the guy on the phone spent a good 10 minutes trying to convince me the van wasn't worth the asking price and that I wouldn't be able to sell it. This conversation and quotation was borderline insulting.

I understand they mainly deal in commercial vans and this probably didn't fit the normal bill, as it was ex-police and was marketed more towards a camper conversion vs a trade van. However, this wasn't communicated and their approach of low balling and trying to convince me that I wouldn't receive a better offer left a bad taste in my mouth. If you care about the value of your vehicle then list privately or look elsewhere.

Contacted this company to value my van. Went through recommended criteria ie handed over personal contact details, took time to take photos of van. Had some random bloke on WhatsApp ask if I was selling the van, pretty unprofessional, obviously I was! that was in my initial enquiry. Then asked to speak to me: no. A quote was promise on the information that was provided. Then valued the van 6k lower than other quotes. Absolute waste of 30min of my life

Don’t often give reviews but thought my dealings with Adam needed one.
Adam was the one who dealt with the sale of my van and made everything unbelievably easy.the whole process of buying my van couldn’t have gone smoother and even after the sale there was things I needed help with and sometimes once sale is done people don’t want to bother. He got straight back sorted what I needed quicker than I thought.
Would highly recommend Adam in any future deals with the company.

Really straight forward process in selling my van. Adam was very honest and straight forward with me and I knew that I was not going to be messed around. Got a very fair price as well.

Absolutely brilliant :) Mike treated me like a real person. I’d spoken to a number of different companies who were very impersonal but Mike really took on board what I needed and worked with me.

He was so helpful, patient and couldn’t do enough to make sure I was happy with the process.
