We do ask that you send us photos of your vehicle, to help us ensure we have both valued the correct model and that we are fully appraised of the vehicle’s condition before collection. The last thing we want to do is waste anybody’s time - yours or ours - so we ask that you highlight all features and ALL damage upfront. This allows us to be as accurate as possible with our valuation, so that there is no need for any uncomfortable re-negotiation on your doorstop when our driver arrives to collect your vehicle.

Sold my Transit Custom through UK Best…
Sold my Transit Custom through UK Best Van Buyer and the whole process was straightforward from start to finish.
The transfer through ALD took much longer than expected, but that was completely outside of UK Best Van Buyer’s control. Both Darren and Louise were excellent throughout, keeping me updated, chasing ALD regularly and keeping the process moving whenever things seemed to stall.
Communication was great from start to finish and I always felt informed about what was happening. Once everything was finally approved, payment was made promptly and collection was arranged without any issues. The collection driver was professional and the handover went smoothly.
A professional company that’s fair to deal with and delivers on what they promise. I’d happily use UK Best Van Buyer again in the future.

Fuming, spoke about the specifics of the van then get let down by the driver last minute, and i wouldnt have even been told if i didnt personally message the driver what time tommorow he will be here. We lost money because when u make arrangements with somebody u should stick with it

As explained, we don't usually buy from the trade and collection was subject to receiving the relevant documentation to prove proof of ownership as part of our standard due diligence checks. We weren't comfortable to proceed with booking the driver in for collection until we had confirmed proof of ownership and the ID of who was selling the vehicle.
It was never our intention to waste your time or cause any inconvenience.
