Really good service
Really good service, very polite and got me out of very difficult situation. Having locked keys in boot AA unable to solve for two days being a Sunday. AA not having Key service available on a Sunday. Not the cheapest but much cheaper than having to stay extra two days at breakdown location. Thanks very much for the good service.

Super efficient, highly recommended.
Bought a used vehicle with only one key. A quick exchange of some details (including verifying that I did actually own the vehicle) was all it took to arrange for a duplicate to be made. Booked at 4pm and finished by 11am next day by Alex. Could not be happier with the speed and quality of service. 10 days later and there's no issues whatsoever.

I mislaid my car key
I mislaid my car key. Having searched everywhere I couldn't find it and called UK Auto Locksmith. From my call to them and and an operative arriving only took a few hours. The operative was very personable and I had my new key within an hour. I would absolutely recommend this service.

Their attitude about an existing customer
Their attitude about an existing customer, just 2 weeks after one year the warranty expired, and they want to charge me the price for one new key the same amount as I paid for 2 new keys last year. Their professionalism is about only to use cheap materials to gain more money out of a customer, not to make the customers happy by using proper materials and do a good job. The rudeness about the way dealing with a customer, the way they think they are superior to another person because they know how to cut a key and write a code in a computer.
