went to Halfords, which is one of their carparks, looking at new bike....just browsing, as you do no more than 15 mins then .... boom 3 weeks later a letter and my number plate £60 quid...
reason given ... seen leaving site....
no replies email, Phone is a joke...

Has anyone got any email address of them? I have chasing them like hell but they hide their email address to file the complaint. not to mention, their phone lines are useless. The only way left is to post letter which they can always say that they recieved any complaint by post. proper scam running right in front our eyes.

What a diabolical company. Only open the phone lines for two hours a day - no email address on their website, everything has to be written . The phone recording is useless. Greed greed greed. We went over our parking time apparently but myself or my daughter DID NOT SEE ANY SIGNAGE ABOUT RESTRICTED PARKING HOURS. My daughter has lived in Manchester for three years and goes to the Asda on this retail park twice a week , she’s never seen any signage about parking hours being restricted either. We’d parked there so we could go to The MRI to get our first covid jab. I do believe the NHS announced anyone getting their jabs will have any parking fines waived anyway

Gave a disabled person with a wheelchair a ticket for using the loading bay to load a wheelchair in the car. Claimed it was a mistake and said ticket was cancelled however still proceeded to try for a CCJ

Rolled up on this so called free for 2 hour car park on the 18/5/21. My wife nipped to Church to get my cross blessed that turned out to be closed located just around the corner, I nipped into Pound Stretchers. They issued a ticket because my wife left the car park. We left 45 minutes after parking. We received a posted rogue invoice on the 25/5/21. We won’t be paying just ignore these hoods.

My son is parking at his rented house, the estate agent does not provide/require permits although there are signs up to prevent people parking there to go to the local restaurants. We've now received 3 of these Notices and I'd like to know if we can just ignore them? I've rung them and they are so unhelpful and rude. My son has spoken to the estate agent who is also the owner of the property and they have promised to cancel the first 2 and get it stopped but now this third one has arrived. I'm getting worried my son could end up with debts on his record as they have made it clear on the phone that they will continue to visit, take photos and issue Notices. Sounds like harassment to me! From investigations we've have done they cannot enforce these Notices but I'd like clarification. Also - who can I report them to? Local Council?

Total disgrace. No compassion, no interest in anything other than making money. Things level up eventually, so good luck.

I’ve seen lots of complaints but not one that says they didn’t pay, just curious as I got a letter today only showing my Reg, no dashboard pic, nothing to say I did or didn’t pay not sure if I can be arsed contacting them going by the reviews

Parked and bought ticket and displayed on dashboard. Letter just before New Year issued fin of £60 for no ticket. Appealed with copy of ticket - no response. You cant contact them. Another letter arrives 2 days before increased fine (£100). To avoid potential legal action I sent £100 with a registered letter stating that a ticket was bought and placed on dashboard. On the payment page there was a montage of the car but none showing dashboard. Letter back no comment on montage and stating that as I had paid the fine I couldnt appeal! A morally bankrupt company. I have advised friends, colleagues and employees (over a 100) never to use their carparks

Pity you cannot give 0 stars, I was ticketed last week by a UKCPs slug.
We are in the middle of a lockdown, car parks are fairly empty as it is, but still these leeches roam freely.
Caught him issuing ticket as i approached my car and I challenged him, all the time he was talking to me, maskless (I had just come out of shop wearing one)
Surely he has committed a greater offence?? And broken more rules??
Fair enough, he's working in the open, but should have one available if and when people approach him and use it accordingly.
Time to issue my own ticket on him and report for breaching coronavirus rules.

Went to do a job in Manchester had to go thru a barrier then thru 3 doors with number codes. Had Authority from the tenant also from the people who own the flat. Came outside parking ticket. And if I didn't stop the leak the flats would have been flooded. And in appeal says if had Authority on there website so had Authority they don't listen it's a case of extraction of money from people. How did I get thru the barrier without Authorisation limbo under with the car a joke highway robbery this company is fine Is now £160 I won't pay it

Pretty close to morally bankrupt as a 'company' and an industry can get. Wont bore you with the story except to say first letter didn't arrive at all, tried to pay code didn't work, wrote and phoned 16 times and instead of contacting me they sold the debt to another place. Nothing worked and nobody responded until it was at an extortionate amount all at a time my income like many peoples is in tatters.

These guys are the worst of the worst how companys like this are allowed to operate is beyond me. Shows how much this country has gone to s#*t house when companies like this scam shoppers spending money in local shops absolutely disgusting...

Last year I went to McDonalds drivethru in Abbeywood Shopping Park in Filton; following day in the morning, I went again to ASDA located in the same shopping park. 3 weeks after I receive a fine from them telling that I left my car overnight, putting as evidence the picture when I entered in the night before and when I was leaving in the morning. That was obviously a scam and they didn't want to accept my explanations. Now they're threatening with debts collectors and with taking the case to court. Luckily I have enough evidence, which I had to get and take my time to do so. I wish they stop scamming people as I read in several forums.

Complete highwaymen should be hung, I got a fine for loading up a car from a work place £60 for 15 minutes robbing b#stards should be outlawed for the attitude they have when you appeal, theft is theft however you dress it up, licence to Rob and make money as if this pandemic was not enough bad luck

Has anyone had a similar thing, we got a fine for parking in the Sheffield entertainment centre in 2015 we fought them and won/they never replied now today we are receiving debt recovery letters from Debt recovery plus is this another scam.?? We had permission form the restaurant owner to park were we did and the centre clearly has not enough parking spaces we sent the disput letter and challenged them to court but heard nothing, now 5 years later they are trying it again, my wife is in bad health and she has just a seizure when she opened this and we had to call the docotor.
I am going to write to my friend at the BBC and get them exposed.

This company is scum of the earth! I get a ticket every single month from them for the past year even though i live in the building and have a permit to park in that specific spot. After speaking with my landlord he agreed that the company was victimising me and agreed to cancel all pending tickets. 1 month later another ticket, this time they have specifically taken photos of my car at night and angles so the flash of the camera covers my permit! Its outrageous that a company that all gets its income through giving people tickets is still able to operate, if they dont give tickets they dont get paid giving them more reason to find ridiculous excuses to give tickets! They need to find REAL jobs! Shut them down asap!

Beware of this company, they issue fraudulent parking tickets. If you have been unfortunate to receive one. Check it thoroughly, you could be due a refund
