Absolute scum of a company
Absolute scum of a company, pulled over in the storm of the century as it got dangerous to drive and these vultures saw it as an opportunity to charge me with no consideration for my life. I think if I’d died they would’ve still come after me.
These companies should be regulated by law they are the dregs of society I hope all that work for them have nightmares every night. A cruel cruel company!
I’m contacting watchdog you need to be stopped
I am disabled
I am disabled. I am very rarely in Leeds Yorkshire due to my disability. Recently I had to go to the city centre. Due to numerous road works I drove into Trevelyan Square LS16HP. There was a sign with information. I had to get out of the car to read it. It all took less than 1 minute. When I read that disabled people cannot park there, I immediately drove away. However, UKCPS issued me with a ticket. I appealed but UKCPS rejected my explanations and forced me to pay. For this company, disability is not important and that because of this I cannot work and have no income. Just cold "people" waiting for disabled drivers, discriminating against people !

Alston Retail Park - £60 Parking charge by UKCPS
Alston Retail Park - Keighley.
Beware where you park - if you're not exactly in a bay, you are treated as an ATM for the owner of the park and UKCPS.
Shop elsewhere where your custom is appreciated!
What a disgusting company
What a disgusting company. I appealed a parking fine and instead of writing to me to let me know if it was accepted, a letter was sent to me by Trace Debt recovery tripling the original payment. To add salt to the wound it said they had “repeated the warnings sent out. I tried to speak to the company but to no prevail they have absolutely masked every avenue you can to try make contact. What a fraudulent company robbing innocent people who actually have done no wrong! And on a Sunday evening too at an empty gym car park!

Conning, Scamming, Horrible vile company praying on peoples vulnerability by using scare tactics of Bailiff's and court action to underserving people.
I hope the law changes and put these cretins and dregs of society out of business like they did the wheel clampers.

Mistakenly went into a carpark for an appointment tried phoning the ukcps a fair few times finally got through 6 days later. Ukcps checked their system and the infromed me that if i had a ticket it it would have shown by now and it didnt. Few days later i recieved the ticket in the post. Yep thats good of them 👍🤬🤬🤬🤬
Absolutely disgusting 'company'
Absolutely disgusting 'company'. Issued an overstay parking fine for 11 mins despite the fact I Ieft said carpark and returned hours later. Apparently their 'cameras' don't show this and they cannot send me the CCTV. If I appeal further the generous discounted rate won't stand.
Total con men
Total con men, appeals are not answered. I will not be paying them for being stopped ( not parked).manned telephone lines between 11am and 1pm Monday to Friday so unable to contact them due to work commitments. No email address. I will fight them all the way. They threaten debt collectors and court . I have proof of my appeal and proof that they haven't responded.
Ukcps a vile and discussing company
Parked in a free carpark at a small shopping area in Dewsbury, where most of the most popular cheaper stores are now situated. I was unaware this carpark had a time limit and that it was an unreasonably short 2hr limit (especially given the stores there), and I'm usually pretty good but I didn't notice any signage up, suggesting there isn't any or there not too easy to spot (I'd say seems like entrapment to me).
I was over time by 18 minutes then a week later I got a parking fine notice through the door from a company that I am fully aware do not care about people or their situation, and are never willing to help you.
I can't help feeling that the 2hr time limit is deliberately set to be legally able to defraud people, as they have to know that for anyone to shop in more than a couple of the 6 large stores is not enough time fore normal younger healthy people, let alone oap's, older people or disabled people like I am myself. And given the time of year when people are starting to do their Christmas shopping makes it especially vile. Its just a totally disgusting and vile way to make money and the shopping store companies on the site should also be ashamed to be associated with such a vile company, and this happening can only have an adverse effect on their own businesses. I had wondered why I have never seen this carpark even half full, I just thought it was because I was there early to mid week normally, but I guess that's probably not the reason after all, as I have read in numerous places now, that a lot of people who get trapped into these fine, just decide not to go back, hence the stores loosing customers due to vile, disgusting, entrapment thieves.
Unfair Appeal Process and Unreasonable Demands from UKCPS Ltd.
I am writing to express my frustration with the parking charge notice issued by UKCPS Ltd. and the unreasonable appeal process. I find the request for irrelevant personal information, such as bank card details and crime reference numbers, to be completely unnecessary and unrelated to the parking charge dispute.
1. Unnecessary Information Requests: The appeal process requires personal details that are completely unrelated to the parking charge. I have not reported any crime nor do I see how bank card information or vehicle sale details are relevant to the appeal process for a parking charge.
2. Complicated and Unfair Appeal System: The complexity of the appeal system, with excessive demands for irrelevant information, is unfair and makes it unnecessarily difficult for customers to dispute charges. This discourages people from appealing and feels like an attempt to force payment without giving a fair chance to challenge the charge.
3. Threatening Language: The parking charge notice includes threatening language regarding enforcement action, including court proceedings and extra charges. This creates unnecessary pressure on consumers, making it harder to dispute the charge without feeling intimidated.
Given the above points, I strongly urge UKCPS Ltd. to:
Remove irrelevant and unnecessary information requests from the appeal process.
Simplify and make the appeal procedure more transparent and fair.
Stop using intimidating tactics that undermine customer trust.
This experience has been very frustrating, and I feel that UKCPS Ltd. should review their approach to customer complaints and appeals.
Horrible
Horrible, horrible people.
Scamming a disabled person and would not help.
I'll be cold this winter after they delayed and delayed helping when I was querying the charge.
For context, the website of the place I visited said on the website there were parking spaces.
When I realised this had changed, I went and moved the car within a few minutes.
Just received a letter from this cowboy…
Just received a letter from this cowboy company saying I was parked over the time limit , I WAS NEVER PARKED AT ANY PIONT , it was a McDonald’s drive through ,
I have never parked there for years , I regularly get a coffee ON VARIOUS DAYS but NEVER NEVER PARK , this has to stop , how can they get away with this ? I will not be paying a penny !
BEWARE….after receiving a parking fine…
BEWARE….after receiving a parking fine I used the appeals procedure they provided, I never received the appeal result just a Final Demand. I rang UKCPS numerous times the person on reception could not answer any questions and refused to give me an Email or contact number of anyone higher in the company who could help, my only option was to write to the address given on original fine letter, which I did to receive no answers just more slightly threatening letters and demands for money. I even sent a postal order for the original £60 on the day after I eventually received my appeals response in letter, but as by this time it was past the cut off date the postal order was returned……fast forward 10 months after I have received letters from debt recovery and legal companies. I wanted to fight for a fair result but I am so sorry to say due to the stress it’s caused I have finally given in and paid the balance which now stands at £170……working in the caring profession I was probably naive UKCPS will NOT engage in any communication they DO NOT CARE about your circumstances, they have one aim and that is to get as much money from you as possible, they should not be allowed to work in this way.
UKCPS LTD - make yourselves more contactable and RESPOND to appeals/complaints
The only way to appeal is via their website. There is no option to send a copy of your message to your own email address. No response yet and I have read that they don't but will be quick with the follow up letter demanding the increased charge, Personally I feel land owners who employ this type of parking security should review more thoroughly. Remember they are NOT OFFICIAL parking fines. Official pf's are issued by the POLICE & LOCAL COUNCILS
Check out too Companies House.

Absolute con artists who just want your money.
Outside marked bay for 2 minutes 46 seconds with engine running reading their notice.
Appealing is a waste of time. They don’t deserve one star.
Avoid their car parks.
UKCPS taking our money for doing nothing
Ukcps appears to be a company who makes vast sums of money by having no real purpose apart from scamming unsuspecting people from their hard earned cash.
I have just paid a £60 so called parking charge for sitting in my car waiting for 10 minutes, for my daughter to return from collecting her son’s happy meal. I couldn’t use the premises car park as it was full. The access road around this area turns out to be privately owned and is monitored by this company.
So beware when visiting businesses located in these types of areas because unscrupulous people like these are just waiting to steal our money.
Terrible
Terrible, recieved a charge for £160 for parking outside a retail outlet that I visited in an empty car park in January, total stay under 30 minutes. I recieved a debt recovery letter for allegedly being a non-customer parking in a customer only car park. I am unable to appeal because appeal window already closed at first notification of fine. Unfair entrapment of motorists with no right of appeal and threats of legal action and CCJ. Disgusting. I have paid because I have no option but I consider it extortion under threat. There is no justice in this.
