The parking ticket was paid and immediately after checking my car parked on the wrong place. However, I received a letter from UKCPS which sates £100 with no explanation. Tried to k to someone but no luck just automated message. I am wondering for those who have no access or the skills how they can be heard. There is no equal opportunity and it is discriminatory to those who are disadvantaged section of society. I f the company of capable of fining such a big amount of money it need to provide customer service at least. In my opinion it tells people do what you are told to do by any means if not we will ruin your credit history:(

Disgusting - service never sent out original fine so you get hit by the £100 one so can’t appeal - absolutely robbers.
Then say you can pay 100 not 130 but when you go to pay not given an option to reduce payment - effecting local business as as local people of unwilling to use this rip off car park

Absolutely atrocious place. DO NOT park here. Beware you will be fined £100 if you go a minute over the 3 hour parking cap (which is not obviously signposted anywhere). They will not discuss fines on the phone (if they even bother to answer). Terrified to ever return - scam artists who seem to be making a killing out of this. Not sure how they are sleeping at night, or how they are allowed to operate. Save your wallet and shop elsewhere.

Stopped in a laneway behind Piccadilly Train Station (Gateway House) for all of about 2 minutes to allow my sister to get out the car. NO VISIBLE SIGNS. I received a parking fine in the mail within 2 weeks. Naturally I appealed. No response in relation to the appeal, instead they give me a 'Final Notice' letter with the threat of a CCJ. Called the enquiry line which is only open 1100-1300 Monday to Friday and stay they do not discuss fines over the phone. Must be in writing for due diligence (due diligence my rear end). So there's zero appeal process, zero signage and threat of a CCJ against your name... Just bend over and take it. Robbing W*nkers

What a bunch of scam artists!! Parked in a disabled bay with my son and displayed his blue badge, he is a wheelchair user. They gave me a fine through the post, said it was the second letter, what a load of bull, never got a first letter, so they said I was to late to appeal. They said the badge was not displayed, thought that’s impossible, it’s never taken out of the vehicle, it’s only used for my son. The pay and display ticket had slipped down over the year of the badge, so they couldn’t see the last two digits of the year. Absolute scammers!!!

This company is disgusting! I received a parking fine at work in an office I have worked at for over 1 year! I received a fine in July and shortly after I raised an appeal , 2 months go by and I hear nothing , no letter , call or email , so I contact them and they advise me they sent an email with my result of the appeal 3 weeks after I raised the appeal which I never received so during that call they sent the email through again which surprise surprise I receive immediately! On this email They advise me that my appeal is rejected and I have 2 weeks to pay £60 after that it will go to £100 but as I never received the email until 3 weeks after they sent it the amount went to £100 / once I found this information I sent 2 letters over 2 weeks and heard nothing until the 3rd week where they advised it’s now gone to £130 however they will waver the £30 due to me stating I didn’t receive the email - they then told me I can’t pay the £100 over split payments all because they have reduced it by £30 when they should have offered me £60 due to their poor communication and knowing I had just come out of hospital and have been living on sick pay so due to this I’ve now had to pay £130 to be able to split the payments - the customer service is disgusting and the company and people who work for it are liars! they need to learnt how communicate more with customers or send more letters if you need to but make people aware rather than stealing more and more money to a point we can’t feed our family - you should be ashamed of yourselves I really hope you don’t have children if you do take a look in the mirror

I just got a parking ticket from this company i have never heard before charging me for parking at Newark Albert street coop, first off they lied by saying that they have sent me a letter before as i only got this one letter from them saying "its been 28 since we last wrote to you" bullsh!t! I have never skipped a parking fine in my live, i have got 2 parking fines and so far i have paid them as soon as i got them because 1: i knew i had been there and 2: they where right to charge me so i paid everything on time.
And good luck trying to appeal it because they dont even have a contact number to reach an appeals this, only a payment line, convenient isnt it? They are not getting a penny from me, they are scam artist of the worst kind and to prive it im not even the only one here with the same issue.

I have no words to express how awful this company is. I get they need to manage parking, but it's HOW that management is done. I overstayed in a Costa carpark. I was sat waiting to find out if my wife had cancer at the hospital round the corner. My mind was all over the place. Hands up, my fault for not checking my watch, but it was the last thing on my mind. Explained everything to UKCPS, and they simply replied with "make a payment, otherwise we'll seek to recover via debt recovery procedures".

Not a single mention of my wife. Not a single line of compassion. I can't write what I truly feel otherwise this review would never get published.

I hope the company owners have a horrible life ahead.

Again, not worth the star. Did a u-turn on land owned by UKCPS and received a £100 fine for a 'period of parking'. On the reverse of the fine there is an appeals email address, which doesn't work!! The phone lines are only open from 11am-1pm and the letter arrived on the day after the appeals deadline.

Wasn’t worth the star - went to meet friends who I’d not seen for a while. Went to KFC where we purchased drinks and food. No one told us there was a time limit in car park - and no didn’t go looking for signs neither. Myself and my friend over ran the ‘90’ minute stay because we were not aware there was a limit and both ended up with fines. UKCPS are robbing people blind - why don’t they put pay machines in - maybe because they get more from people who are not aware there is a limit. KFC/Costa will not be getting visited by us anymore

I have a disability badge, I was parked on a disabled bay as I should be parked in the lines I had put up my badge. Unfortunately it had fallen off onto the floor of my van They sent me a fine. I explained to them that it had fallen off and that I can prove I have the badge and I was there I have a dash cam as well as proof
and they said no, you must pay £60
the retail park know this is going on I’m going to send a letter of complaint to them because they’re also encouraging this. They should be stopped and all they do is pray on anybody including disabled people disgraceful

Went back to check for the parking restriction signage in a KFC I apparently overstayed at and still couldn't see anything so it must have been stolen since I visited!!! Sure no one is going to say this robbing company is great but I hope KFC will be pleased to know they'll have one less customer coming in future.

This company is an extremely sad reflection of our times. Utterly mercenary with no care for people, just making money. Relying on misleading signage to penalise people. I was parked in a space belonging to a van hire company that was clearly marked as belonging to the van company and told to park there by the manager of said company, but still got a ticket and apparently it's my fault. Even though only the van company's vehicles are permitted to park there. I'd hired the van to empty my recently deceased mother's house, but they have no sympathy for that and in this cost of living crisis are making an already expensive venture even more expensive, to my mind it's them comitting the crime. These drone-like folowers of iniquity are truly dreadful people.

Ukcps is the worst company I've ever dealt with, I can't believe how rude and unprofessional they're, they must have discovered some loopholes in the UKs law, that they're so confidentin in abusing customers. I received a reminders letter from them saying that I should pay them £130 parking fine, I called them, asking for right to apeal, they said No, now it's sold to debt recovery company and gave me their number to call!, Debt recovery now say no it's £170 to pay!. They refuse to communicate unless paid them £170, how unfair and unprofessional is that.

I was using the bottle bank located within the carpark I received a parking charge through the post apparently because the front wheel of my car was halfway over the white line of the marked Bay .When did this become a crime ? I was not impeding on another parking bay and was only in the half empty carpark for 5 minutes .
UKCPS has only very recently put up signs regarding all the reasons why they can issue fines but until I went back to check I have never seen these signs before

£100 for a one minute 9 second stop to drop someone off, 2 yards into Trevelyan Square by the Viaduct Club in Leeds. Apparently, it doesn't matter that there are no signs to say you are entering private land and it just looks like any side street. It also doesn't matter if you leave as soon as you see the little sign across the road behind a builders fence. Who has really committed the offence here?

I rent a private parking space under my apartment from letting agent since 27th Feb. I paid on every 27th by bank automatic transfer. I’ve got the tickets from April said that I don’t have a permit to use the parking space. Even I appeal on their website and show my transfer records they just keep sending me the tickets every week. Till now is July they still sending and don’t contact the agent to update my lease information. This is so annoying and ridiculous!
