I ordered some batteries for my car key on 2nd Oct 2023 but there is still no delivery untill now(16th Oct). I checked the status which shows pending. I haven't received any email for my order. Then, I checked it online to see if this company is legit or not. It is shocking that lots of victims fell into this trap like me. They all paid but didn't get the goods.

Excellent Renata watch battery at a good price. The only downside was the delivery time which was 10 days?

I have received no communication snd have not received my order

I didn't receive any confirmation about my order delivery and I tried to contact by email, call and message. I haven't received any news from seller or UK Dapper. I was disappointed ,when I saw the reviews on Google site and no one was happy from the customer service. Luckily, I contacted with PayPal and they issued my refund but not in totally. I got my lesson which don't purchase berfore being sure of sellers or companies. Don't waste your money and time.

Items still not delivered, although ordered and paid for nearly 2 months ago. Have sent communications by various media, but you have not responded to any of them. I have attempted to contact you by telephone on numerous occasions, but no one answers. I have opened a dispute via PayPal to obtain full refund due to your breach of contract. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

It has been 10 working days and I have not recieved shipping information, or my item. I have recieved a request to rate their customer service. I do not recommend using this business.

30/11/23 Update: I had an email response from UK Dapper after 6 weeks. "Hi Sorry you have not got shall we refund this ? Thanks"

I have already had a refund from my bank following a claim against UK DAPPER.

Purchased items which were not delivered. Contacted paypal to get a refund. Waste of time.

still have not received my order or had any communication about it. apart from this rate us email !!!!!

Sent me wrong item and am still awaiting a reply about a refund. Took 12 days to deliver via Royal Mail.

Waited 17 days for calculator and it finally arrived but wrong one. I spent more to get a specific calculator and the one I got was one I could get from a supermarket for £12. I paid over £19 for this one, very annoying

i do not believe this website exists,paid for an MP3 Player did not receive it, contacted them 4 times by email, NO REPLY ,i strongly advise no one should have anything to do with this so called company,all they do is take your money, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE, i would,nt have even gave them 1 star but had to before i could give a review,

I ordered a calculator from this site on 08/28/2023. My son needed it for the start of school. After a week I wrote to the email provided asking when I could receive my item. To this day I have neither an answer nor an item.

Terrible Company! Have not received item and they have not responded to 4 emails and don’t answer phone calls. Do not use this company.

Was charged for 2pks of batteries only received 1 and they won't answer the phone or any e mails PayPal won't help with refund either . Avoid this company.

I haven't received my item. I emailed with no reply. This was an order for our child's first day at new school

One star is too much! Never received the item purchased from this company, no order confirmation received, no response to my contact form. The money was taken for the purchase, luckily paid via PayPal and received a refund. Will not buy from this company again.
