Stay away from this company! I think they should be closed down for collecting money for product, not replying emails or picking calls and no item delivered.
I'll need to request a refund from paypal. This is annoying and shameful of this company!

No Goods delivered. No answer to 5 emails. No answer to your phone 20xplus calls. Now raised with my bankers as a despute and further action will be taken.

Placed order but 9 days later status was still pending. Contacted them on their online form and no reply. E-mailed and no reply*. Tried calling several times and was either engaged or just rang out. Ended up getting a refund via PayPal.
*They did eventually reply to say they didn't have the item in stock (in which case, why allow someone to order it and take their money?) and asked if I wanted to wait until it came back in stock.
Having looked elsewhere (and e-mailed the skincare manufacturer) it turns out the product I ordered was discontinued a while ago. So any stock this company claim to get is either out of date (or counterfeit.)
Should have trusted my gut when I thought the website seemed a bit dodgy. It, and the customer service (and I use the term loosely) is terrible.
Save yourself money and hassle and order from a site you can verify is legit.

Ordered my item weeks ago and haven’t received it. I’ve had no communication whatsoever despite attempts to contact them. DO NOT BUY! Clearly a scam!

I ordered some aftershave on the 26th of September with a delivery date between the 9th Oct 2023 - 13th Oct 2023, it’s now the 4th of November and the item has still not reached the Royal Mail.

Communication has been tardy at best and very poorly written. I’ve repeatedly been refused a refund, just told to sit and wait, no reasoning, no apology.

I’m at the point where I’m assuming this is one to chalk up to experience, and to write off as bad debt.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, OR IT WILL COST YOU!!

I have not received the item and have had no response to my emails trying to obtain an update.

Item hasn’t been delivered, all emails and phone calls ignored. Avoid!

My order has not arrived. The money came out of my account 12 days ago. I have sent 2 emails via the contact form with no response. I have tried multiple times to phone the company but no answer, and no opportunity to leave a message. At this rate I'll be turning up at the warehouse in person to request a refund.
