The product arrived before Christmas which was important

It would be good if u sent a confirmation email when ordering goods, so at first i thought I wouldn't receive goods but item did arrive so no problem I did send 2 emails and received no answers so overall item did arrive but communication could be better

The parcel never arrived I had to open a dispute through paypal. No communication from the seller although I've tried getting in touch several times. Avoid unless you wanna wait weeks to get your money back.

To be honest the negative reviews worried me, and there wasn’t an update on tracking until 12hrs before delivery, however, good arrived exactly as described - excellent price and carefully wrapped.

Disgusting. Have not received my order, money taken, no response to emails. I will be telling everyone to avoid this so called company. A complete scam.

Didn’t receive order. Zero stars if I could.

Terrible scammers. I bought an item that was mislabeled and had to return. The returns process was difficult and dodgy and they kept denying that they'd received the package. I sent proof of postage and escalated it to OnBuy the website I purchased through. I'm lucky I got my money back but warn people to stay away.

Incredibly I just received a review request from UK Dapper, a company that took my money and didn't bother to send me the item I paid for, or indeed anything at all, not even a single reply to any of the many emails I sent trying to get my purchase or my money back. Given Ive been blatantly scammed by UK Dapper, I already posted a one star review (if only it could be lower) on my own initiative. Courtesy of this unbelievably dishonest and arrogant company, here's another one.

Beware! This is, to all appearances, a scam company. I ordered a Tom Ford cologne weeks ago for over £100 and actually took out an account on the UK Dapper website to track my order, but all of that's apparently a facade of respectability, alongside fake assurances of honesty in the site blurb. Beyond an automatic order acknowledgement, total silence. The phone number, unsurprisingly, doesn't work and Ive received not one single reply to multiple emails asking for the goods or a refund, and there is, of course, no sign of my item which will obviously never arrive. On my account on the UK Dapper webpage the item is recorded eternally as 'pending'. If Id found this review page before ordering with warning tales of multiple scams by UK Dapper I wouldn't have gone near this company and I strongly advise anyone reading this now to steer clear. I hope this might just save someone else from the same fate. I'm now about to contact my credit card company and also reporting this outfit to trading standards. Who knows where the 5 star reviews are coming from. Companies like this shouldn't be allowed to scam customers with no comeback. Simple as that.

I ordered a watch battery. It took a few days to arrive, probably because it was before Christmas. I am happy with the battery.

Ordered 2 weeks ago, payment accepted but still not received the goods which were supposed to be sent via Royal Mail once it was processed. Neither have they replied to my enquiry.

No order confirmation, no sign of item and can’t get hold of them!

Sadly my package hasn’t arrived and even though I have asked for an update I have only been told it would be with me ‘next week’ and still nothing. I know it’s a busy time of year but things I ordered a couple of days again have arrived and this was ordered two weeks ago. 😢

Do not use this company- takes your money and sends you nothing even if you use PayPal there is no protection they are a scam Company do not use them

After 4 weeks I have still not received my order. I have contacted the company at least 4 times and not received a single reply. I have asked for a refund to no avail.

DO NOT USE this company. At best not trustworthy and at worst a hoax. I shall be reporting them.

I still am not in receipt of my recent purchase and despite multiple attempts at contacting you, have not heard anything back as to its whereabouts. I don’t take pleasure in leaving one star but I can’t honestly provide anything else at this stage…

Sound purchased delivered in reasonable time.
No issue from me.

Just like all the other reviews you take the money do not respond to messages or phone and don’t deliver the goods. Can’t believe you asked for a review!!
