Great little hot brush
Parcel arrived in time well packaged. I already have this hot brush which works really well, the price was great, even cheaper than I could buy it in the shops! Great all round! 👍🏻

Appalling
Ordered item on 24/08/24 which has still not arrived. Emailed this company four times and have received one email back stating ‘order will be sent once payment has been confirmed’ even though the payment went through straight away. Appalling customer service, I can not recommend purchasing from this company

Stay away
I ordered about four weeks ago, I've paid for headphones. I've sent emails asking for updates on my order without any replies and still no headphones. This is disgusting. I would stay clear from ordering anything from this company I am now looking at reporting and seeing what can be done to get my money back

I contacted ishop crystal UKDapper to request a delivery date after not receiving one a few days after placing the order. I was asked by text to confirm a purchase order before they would confirm they never did , so I cancelled the order. Very poor business.
