Communication was terrible
Communication was terrible, I emailed several times but no reply, eventually I had to raise a case with PayPal, only then did they respond, thankfully I received the item today after 15 days of emails to the company

This is unacceptable and communication is a dodgy mobile number, which no one answers.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING!
For an extra one or two pounds you will save your sons disappointment on his Birthday.

Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company. I ordered an electronic chess set for my Daughter which never arrived. I sent several emails asking if the item had been dispatched, which were ignored.

Goods not Shipped, no Communication
This company does not send out the items, After I ordered I received no further communication from them and had to ask PayPal for a refund. I wish that I had looked at these reveiws before I placed the order. I am not in the habit of giving bad reviews to any company but I want others to be aware of this.

I know the price is tempting but Please avoid using, saving a tenner is only worth it if they don’t steal the lot, which they seem to do consistently.

Competitive pricing, poor customer service
Ordered male fragrance for my son's birthday. Price very competitive. Not indication of how long to deliver which in the end took more than two weeks. Tried many times to contact UKdapper by phone to check up on when delivery might be - phone cut off after around 5 rings every time. No reply to either my emails or their website contact form.

Poor communication
I have received neither my goods, any communication, nor a refund. I feel like the victim of a fraud …..
Update a week later: my goods arrived! Zero communication but happy with the goods. Looking at the other negative reviews I will not deal with this company again. Feels like I got lucky!
