Order a button cell battery for £1.95, they took out £1.96 and did not deliver the battery. Contacted them through the site but no reply.

Saw a George Foreman grill on here at a bargain price. Was sceptical as I Saw loads of bad reviews. Paid with PayPal for extra piece of mind. Receive notification following day to say order was being processed. Next day received tracking number, day after grill arrived. I can’t act fault anything about this company. It’s a shame the bad reviews are putting people off using them.

I haven’t even received the item! I’ve contacted via the thread on the confirmation of purchase, had zero contact or communication, I’ve emailed your site and again zero communication back!

No contact from seller. No item received

I ordered a gift from this company on Jan 1st, they have taken the money from my account but I have not received the item. I have only had one e-mail acknowledging the order. I have written to them twice about my order via their website 'contact us' form and via direct e-mail and not had any reply. I have also tried to phone them but the line is disconnected.
I do not know how else to find out about this item if they will not reply to me! I would advise not ordering from this company.

We were unable to make contact by phone and did not receive a reply to an e-mail or their website "contact us" messaging to find out their estimate of when the product would be delivered. The product was delivered 2 weeks after ordering, with notification the previous day, and if we had been told this within a few days of placing the order we would have given 5 stars. As it was, we were concerned the website was a scam.

Unbelievably slow, item still not delivered. Zero reply from their customer services,

Purchase didn't arrive. You ignored my emails. You haven’t refunded me. Basically you’ve just taken my money.

Took my money … and that was it. No response to emails or requests via website. Now trying to get my money back via PayPal. Dodgy AF!

You are asking me to review an order I have not yet received. The order was placed on 19/12/23 .

This store is run by fraudsters. They scammed me out of £200. First, they gave me false delivery dates. They then provided me with a false tracking number. I never received the item I purchased. In any case, I suspect it's a counterfeit. I was able to get my money back. But it was a painful and humiliating experience.

I can only echo what has been said about this god awful company. Same scenario with an order placed early December and still no show. No communication from the sellers despite enquiring on 4 occasions using their customer service email address and their online web enquiry form. Their phone line is not in service! Their service is an absolute disgrace and like many other reviews, I will be going through my card company for a refund.

Where do I begin, ordered an item as a Christmas gift, ordered the 1st of December, it has just arrived today the 29th of December, after chasing it up with them for several days they didn’t care, they said I had a tracking code to track it and that it was out of there hands now, I was totally oblivious to this because I didn’t actually have one, they then sent me a tracking code via email. I then went and attempted to track my parcel which was now Boxing Day may I add, and Royal Mail still hadn’t received it. I’d never shop through these again! They’re utter sh-t.

My stepdaughter bought some perfume for her mum for Christmas, ordered said item on the 28th of November, it's now the 28th of December, and the perfume still isn't here. Ukdapper clearly don't care about their customers as we've tried on multiple occasions to contact them and just get ignored. I'm writing this review to warn other potential buyers, void this company like the plague, a month to ship out a bottle of perfume less than 50 miles , and we're still yet to receive said item, NEVER again, took my stepdaughter's money with no problems, Ukdapper aren't even worth the 1 star I had to leave to write this review, avoid avoid avoid

Cant help but wonder where the negative reviews are coming from but Im always happy with ukdapper. High quality products at an affordable price

Absolutely awful. No product, no communication, no refund. I have had to take up my case with PayPal to try to get my money back. Do not use this company!

Still have not received my order from beginning of December and not had a reply to my email

Have not received my order or any communication via email or phone. Will be going through my credit card company for a refund.
