I have telephoned on several occasions and they do not answer the phone.
Sent several emails and they do not reply to them .

We did have to wait a long time for our delivery. At one time we thought we wouldn't receive our order.Their customer service is quite poor as you receive no updates or reply to messages
However , once we received our order, we were happy with the products.

If my experience was 'genuinely' important to you, I wouldn't feel compelled to award you the lowest rating (lower, if that was possible) available.
It speaks a lot, about your company, when you are sending me emails asking for a good rating and 'how did we do?' - before I've actually received my purchase!
Item ordered well over two weeks ago - no contact since, from either yourselves or the issuing company - not even a tracking number!
Poor standard of professionalism, at the very least.
Would not use again and won't be recommending anyone else to either.

Buyer Beware!
ordered xmas gift on 27/11/23 with a delivery date of 4th to 6th Dec. Nothing delivered. Their emails keep telling me to check the Tracking Number, but no number was or is provided. Having now checked a number of reviews both on this site and the purchasing site "OnBuy.com" I can now see this is a regular tactic and activity for this company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM UKDapper.

I tried to contact them on numerous occasions to find out where my purchase was.
Hearing absolutely nothing from them and still haven't received my purchase.
Please be very aware of this company.!!!

Scam of a company
The worst experience there could be. Product’s never arrived so I had to file for a refund. No reply from emails and telephone number just rings and rings.

You are the worst purchasing experience I have ever had online. The order did not come and I waited 15 days and nothing arrived. He sent more than 5 emails and no one responded. Bad application. Terrible customer service. They stole my money and I did not receive anything. I do not advise anyone to deal with these people.

Scammers
I placed an order on 20/11/23 and it has been in pending status ever since. The money has been taken from my account, but I have not received the goods I ordered. I have tried to contact by phone, email, contact form - no response to any of these. My conclusion is that this company is scamming people, taking our money and not providing what they say they will. Don’t buy anything on their site.

Bought a perfume on 17th November after a week of waiting still hadn’t had the product so opened a claim then miraculously had a tracking number pop up after PayPal had contacted them, been checking everyday on Royal Mail tracking and it says it has been dispatched but rm are expecting it but still haven’t had it, luckily have PayPal on my side
