A nifty little device for train buffs. Only suggestion would be to allow a basic sound package in the entry level purchase.

Absolutely BRILLIANT piece of kit! I got the large board for my son for Christmas, he loves trainspotting & taking videos for his youtube channel (& I love doing that with him, lol), & he LOVES it! It's up on the living room wall & I geek out over it too😄.

From ordering to arriving was very quick setting up was a little bit awkward a larger booklet in getting setup would be helpful but otherwise not to difficult on you grasp the concept. The other thing is a leaflet what each configuration in device tab were as I couldn’t see were the scrolling was and no sound coming out of the internal speaker icon and found them out and finally got it working exactly as I wanted to

This is a lovely item, but we could not get the voice pack to work. The team sorted my problem very quickly, thank you! My son loves it, and it stops him from missing the bus!

Perfect, Great Fun and good service

They have made this pensioners retirement a happy one. I bought the biggest departure board for myself as a present. It was so easy to set up and all of the settings thanks to the app. It was delivered well packed with excellent tracking as usual from DPD. Thr Departure Board is a real conversation starter. I keep changing the stations as they bring back happy memories of my holidays and stations near areas where I have lived and worked. It is the best thing I have ever bought including two small desktop ones. Worth every penny including paying for the 12 month pro subscription and the Elinor Hamilton ( National Rail ) voice pack. A lot of hard work and planning has gone into making these UK Departure Boards and it has been worthwhile. I am now one of their very happy and satisfied customers who is having fun on a daily basis with a truly brilliant item. Bought this for my Dad's 70th and he's pretty much thanked me every day since. Website was easy, delivery was quick, and judging by the fact that he's made the board do things I didn't even realise it could do, the instructions are very clear and comprehensive!

I have had my Pro Board for about 3 years now and can honestly say it's fantastic. The build quality is fantastic, features vast and software support stable and really very good.

As for customer service, Russ is an absolute jem. Nothing is too much and goes so much more the the extra mile. I haven't the words to describe both him, or his products.

I like the Railway and the Departure Board is a brilliant tool I now know about my local Railway station it is very clever how it works plus I can change it to different Railway stations in the uk

The board is fed direct from national rail info and is a live presentation of services at any one of a wide range of stations across the UK.

Brilliant gadget! Had previously got a cheaper version which didn’t work properly, but this is perfect. Got the voice pack too. Wanting the bigger version next.

Next day delivery and a breeze to mount and setup. Departure board itself is outstanding, super cool!

Best Gadget I’ve ever bought really easy to set up. I’d suggest downloading the new UKDB app that can be found on IOS & android and set it up through the app it took all of five mins. It’s just like been on the train station with the announcements highly recommended if your into trains & trams & buses.

Have wanted a mini board since seeing Geoff Marshall review it a couple of years ago and finally was able to take advantage of a black Friday sale.

The mini board shipped almost immediately and arrived very quickly to Canada in perfect condition - right in time for it to be a Christmas gift.

The board itself is very well built, setup was very easy and we have added a voice pack, so now we have this wonderful piece of the UK showing us London Underground stations in our living room.

Communication with UK Departure Boards is great: email check-ins to be sure you're not having any issues, YouTube videos to reference and a brand new app that lets you access your settings more easily from your phone (perfect for the obsessed users like us!). The app originally wasn't available in Canada, but Russell and the team got it sorted in very short order (and responded to my email within minutes, despite the 7 hour time difference!).

The board is really wonderful - if you're on the fence, take the leap! You will NOT be disappointed you did 🙂

Absolutely love the Pro board!

From ordering to setup, everything was so easy. The additional subscription for the voice packs is a must for train geeks. I got lost for ages in the changing stations and colour settings!

I received it as a Christmas gift but since there were no trains running for two days, I hated having to wait until the 27th to see it live. Even my partner, who isn’t a "train person" and usually just tolerates my model railway obsession, loves the board.

It’s a great addition to the house. When I’m running my own trains, the departure sounds of a real station are the perfect touch. Purchase one, you won't be disappointed!
