I couldn’t be happier with my desktop departure board. The service from the company was excellent from start to finish, and the board itself is fantastic quality—solid, bright, and well made.

Adding the voice pack takes it to another level. With the announcements playing, it genuinely feels like I’ve brought a miniature train station into my office. This thing has officially turned me into a full‑blown train geek, and I’m not even sorry.

One of the best surprises is how versatile it is. It also works perfectly with my local bus services and metro stations, making it a brilliant all‑round transport companion.

If you’re even slightly tempted, go for it. It’s a joy to use and a real conversation starter.

Absolutely belting! Truly one of my favourite EVER purchases...love it. I bought it as a treat to myself; It's on constantly at home and I can switch the announcements off if needs be, though they are fantastic. Easy to set up and use. Love taking trips to random stations and seeing where it takes me! You really don't need to be a train nut to enjoy one of these. The customer service is immense too. I would highly recommend and worth every penny. A Great British classic! Get one, you'll love it!

Got a desktop board for my birthday last year. Love it, love it, love it. Got myself a subscription and voice pack shortly afterwards. Well worth it. Like how I can have the voice coming through my Alexa if I want.

Most days at work I have a small virtual board sitting in the right hand corner of my laptop screen. I took the physical desktop board into work once to show it off last year too. A colleague immediately went and ordered one for his son for Christmas!

I am now dropping really unsubtle hints to my family that I'd like the larger board for my Christmas present from Santa this year. Little hints like changing my profile picture to a wall mounted board behind a Christmas tree!

I have recently purchaced a pro departure board and a voice pack, following my previous purchace of a desktop board
All products are simple to set up and allthough i have a subscription because i want to use all the features, you dont need one if you only want to see the departures for your choosen station. Would reccomend

Pretty easy to set up once you get past the flash up address given on the screen
Fantastic, I live beside the railway line so I can keep an eye on what's going past and if it's on time

I bought the Classic board for my Dad. The delivery was quick and the board was really easy to set up. The power supply was damaged, but a new one arrived within 24 hours of me letting them know. Fab service and a fab product.

It has a really god Costumer Service and replies fast on messages and questions! For Costumers outside from Britain, no worries, they ship it nearly everywhere!!!

A real tube, train and bus departures board, in my own home it can’t be possible??!! Showing every station , stop and timings in real time??!! Surely not. I bet it doesn’t have the actual voicings though? I bet it does!!

Got the classic board in my hall. It’s great and so addictive switching between stations and announcements. It gives a bit of life to an otherwise quiet house. Great to have on before setting off for work too. It’s already saved me a wait on the station platform through spotting delays before I left the house! Love it.

I found this site by accident, when I was using the RAILCAM site. The two sites together make a great way to watch real time railways. I had some problems sorting out the departure boards software, but a really understanding person called Russell helped me. I could almost hear his eyes rolling as he took me by the hand and baby walked me through what I had to do. Thanks to all at departure boards, I am happy to recommend your company to everyone.

Easy to set up, quick delivery, and it looks good too

Great product which my son loves and has on all day and night. I don't even mind as we spend a lot of free time travelling on trains. The voice packs are also great. A minor misunderstanding in earlier communications with UKDP has been resolved effectively and with patience and candour from both parties. Highly recommend UK Departure Boards.

Ordered the mini departure board, and it's as cute as hell, and very well made. The display is nice and bright (but you can confiugure it to be dimmer if you like), and the sound quality (if you order the voice packs for a small additional cost) is surprisingly fantastic. As well as being a geek toy, it's also practically very useful, as I now know when to leave home earlier in case my usual train isn't running. The device is highly configurable, and I'd be surprised if there was anything anyone would want of it that it couldn't do. Delivery was fast too!!!

The products, the build quality, the customer service are all flawless.
The info, when coupled with railcams is superb.
I recommend these everywhere I travel to, a local pub has two set to both the city's stations. Probably the best gadgets I've ever bought.
