Third party site charging insane amount of fees, for simple visa. Unfortunately it pops up as top result when you're looking for visa to UK.

Das ist NICHT die offizielle Seite, um eine ETA zu bekommen. Die ETA ist zwar gültig, aber man zahlt eine Service-Gebühr!

When I noticed what the price was charged to my card, I tried to get a refund right away. Unfortunately, it was too late. And I bought four of these for the entire family. Now I’m out $400. Shameful. Inthought it was going to be $16. It was $119 apiece.

Ho fatto la richiesta urgente con sovrapprezzo e garanzia di risposta in poche ore per due persone. Per una è arrivata subito e per l'altra dopo 3 giorni.
Mi sono ritrovata un esborso di 127,75 euro a persona. Denuncerò alla polizia postale e chiederò il rimborso

E' una truffa andrebbe fatto chiudere, chiedono 97£ per il permesso che ne costa 16£

I have no idea how I landed on this page to get my ETA, and I should have known that this was way too expensive, but I just want to reassure others who just paid for this that it is not actually a scam. They charge a massive processing fee, but the ETA is valid. I received my ETA within hours. I just checked its legitimacy with the UK Gov webchat. So no need to panic and block your cards, etc. Just use the actual government website and save yourself a lot of money.

I downloaded the app. It could not locate a chip in my passport.
Then it could not scan my face… the image was just a white shadow.
Then it wanted another “ real time “ picture of me… in my pajamas, hair out of sort and it was particular about the background.
I have a passport photo taken last week, but it wasn’t allowed.
I quit to go get myself a shower and do my hair to try to complete the process later…
When I have an uninterrupted hour( ?!)
Frustrating experience.
I hear people have trouble paying at the end!
Will need much much more time available to complete this.

The UK government needs to shut down this web page. It’s misleading, doesn’t state they’re a go between service, & doesn’t inform of the slow & unresponsive process after submitting your personal data. Didn’t receive an email after a payment of $129 to process the travel authorization not confirm the ETA had been processes or approved. I discovered this being a scam when my payment was processed in Saudi Arabia. Apparently, they process the info but can take days, Now Saudi Arabia has my passport info & have no idea how secure it is or if it’ll be used for identity theft. Find the actual UK government site & not this one. The ETA was processed almost immediately & cost $22.

Scam, wants to charge you 90 gbp, when the official site is cleaner and costs 16 gbp

This site needs to be taken down by the UK government. It is incredibly misleading and confuses the entire process. I was only alerted to this being a scam when my payment was processed in Saudi Arabia...

Not a real scam, but superfluous, expensive and slow. Unfortunately, I also fell for the site and paid €190 for 2 people instead of €32. After 13 days and one enquiry, I finally received the ETA. Instead of after 3 days via the official government app. But in the end they delivered an ETA. As the company is based in Dubai and I have no idea what they do with the collected data and how well it is protected, everything necessary for many identity thefts was handed over, I would recommend every "customer" to apply for a new passport as soon as possible - After the return from your UK Trip.

Die Website sieht aus wie eine Webseite der Regierung, hat mir zweimal 100,20 € abgeknöpft ohne das die Kosten angezeigt wurden. Bei einer Zahlungsaufforderung sollte ich den ID Secure Code eingeben und habe abgebrochen. Wurde trotzdem belastet. Firma sitzt in Dubai.

Nella giornata di ieri ho ricevuto il totale rimborso di quanto versato.
Consiglio quindi a tutti di chiedere il rimborso e di insistere.

SCAM!!!!!!!! website not use it. My Cousing Payed 112£ per person to have access to the Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) while this cost only 10£.

DO NOT USE THIS! I feel so dumb and now they have all my information.

They got me by being at top of my google search when looking how to get an ETA and having a slick official looking website, but now a private company has an image of my passport and i am down 8 times the price of groing through the government website, also have not recieved any comfimation emails, so who knows if i will get one.

Did not receive any confirmation by email regarding the application submitted and payment made. I do not recommend.

This is a scam! I feel so stupid that I used this.
They have my passport and picture, this is criminal.
