Subsequent to leaving the remarks beneath I now understand that the trader has telephoned my husband and is offering to put things right.

This being the case I will edit my review and the rating over the next few days (1st July 2021).

Ripped me off over a £127 order by giving a delivery ETA two days beyond the real date, and an incorrect tracking number. Their cheapskate couriers dumped the order over a bar style 'see through' garden gate on a day when it wasn't even supposed to be out for delivery, and the entire household was out. It was easy pickings for the opportunist that saw and took the packages. The interesting part is that this seller disgustingly accepts no responsibility for it. So my husband is now filing a claim with the Small Claims Court to force them to reimburse us (PS, they manage to get all their negatives on eBay removed as if by magic - this outfit are really disgraceful).

Excellent service and product. The website was easy to navigate to find the desired product and the delivery was quick.

A really efficient set up. Ordered an ornamental metal arch on Sat 26 Jun, it arrived on Tue 29 Jun. a really good service and product. I would certainly use the company again.

Bought our first garden arch in 2018. It was easy to assemble and looks amazing after all these years. So purchased another one a few days ago. Quality is still as good and can be put together by one person. Customer service and delivery was outstanding, Very pleased

Ordered a metal lattice arch and all came on time. One of the bars had a problem as the bolt wouldn't screw into it because it was to large. Replacement sent within 48 hrs and arch was decent once put together

Purchased some obelisks, and peony supports from UK Garden Supplies. The delivery was prompt and the parcels were very well wrapped and the items arrived in good order. There was a complication with one of the orders, but it was handled in an excellent manner and have since ordered from this company again. Fiona with whom I dealt with, was efficient and very accommodating. I will certainly continue to use this company again since if there are any problems (which on occasions there are) they sort them out immediately without fuss, and have shown me excellent customer care. Would highly recommend.

I am very pleased with the black peony support that I ordered. Arrived swiftly and well packaged. Great customer care too.

I recently purchased a medieval rose garden arch from this company. Delivery was very swift and the arch arrived on the day I was promised. There was a slight fault with the arch, but I was extremely impressed in how quickly this was rectified. Great customer care.

Amazing customer service - Fiona is one in a million - super fast replies to questions raised and constant update on order and dispatch - only ordered Saturday late afternoon and goods arrived Tuesday morning.

Excellent company to deal with. Order arrived much quicker than expected however 2 items were damaged. Within a day Fiona had offered a full refund or compensation. I opted for the compensation which was immediately refunded. Can't speak highly enough of this company.
