Placed my order over a month ago and…
Placed my order over a month ago and still not received my order. No one has contacted me to inform me of the current status of when my order would be ready and what date it would be dispatched I contacted them and was told this week but it's now Thursday night and still no delivery. I understand they are made to measure but a rough estimate to when order can be expected and updates if there is a delay

When I ordered the Prince of Wales Tartan kilt, I was skeptical because I had previously ordered some from another company which sent me the wrong kilts and colors completely. When I was told that the brown checked tweed pattern was not available, they were very helpful in showing me the colors and patterns of what they did have. One of the two kilts I ordered in is a black and white checked pattern, but is flannel but it is perfect. I have asked about other colors and am waiting for a response so I can order more.
