I would not even give them 1 star. They lie on their website, they charge five times as much as any other locksmith in London, they are dishonest and did not listen to what I asked for and tried to charge me £860 just to change the brass piece on the door. They are crooks and you should not go near them.

Locked out as a result of leaving key in front door. Called Yout local locksmith near me on 0333057 3975.told opening is £49, anything else is on top..Also Checkatrade approved. I was not told From £49. young polish Locksmith arrives withinn 40 min. His opening price starts at 150 -175 , anything else extra. Mangaed to finish job in 15 minute. . Misleading info. extortionate start rate. misleading about Checkatrade link. Credit card payment to Kingsman securitywhich could not be contacted

On the 27th October, This company changed a simple lock for my mother. They charged her £2895! and drove her to the bank to transfer money when she couldnt pay. I have tried to contact them to get them to refund some of that, but their telephone number seems to be unavailable. Unless the company contacts me in the next 24hours I will report them to trading standards and the police.

They never arrived on time, when they did come everthing seemed ok, a few weeks later the lock keeps locking me out, called them, but they deny all knowledge of them fitting a lock. Rip Offs who left me £268.00 lighter

Absolute con company tell you one price then charge extreme price , £337 to drill a Yale lock and put new one on , never again

Those people are scamm and do not ever dare to get in touch with them because i know nothing about locks but when i call them the web side they show me was fake and just for cilinder he chaged me £ 189 plus labor plus wat come to £ 340 ,simply disgusting !!!!!

God awful company. I was charged £320 when all they did was get a drill and break the lock. No replacement or any other service provided. I was massively overcharged and the man who turned up was rough

He inittialy quoted my mum £40. Charged £150 for him to look at the door. He then tried to charge her £1200 for a shoot bolt. Called another locksmith out today was quoted £135 and he charged £135 for 2 door adjustments and a new lock mechanism. This company are a complete scam and I wish my mum told me beforehand so I could have called out a genuine company like I have done today.

Called them and was quoted £60 to gain access to property. The guy who came was late arriving. I was expecting a professional sign written van but he turned up in a normal car and seemed unsure what to do. He said he could drill the lock ( at a cost of £360) but only 50/50 it would be successful and if not he would have to drill another lock (patio door) and that would be a further £200! I told him that I had been quoted £60 on the phone but he seemed disinterested. When I said I would try get someone else he tried to hit me with a cancellation fee, which had never been mentioned before. I refused to pay and he left saying that the company would instruct debt collectors to get the cancellation fee. I managed to get a local company out who gained access and fitted a new lock all at a cost of £115.
I feel like this company are scammers who quote a low price to get someone out and then hike the price or charge a cancellation fee. I would avoid at all costs.

Do not call totally hopeless a £100 job will turn into a £1000 my grandma payed them because she's elderly but these guys are proper scumbags

Advised the company, I thought our door that didnt open was an alignment issue. He called me and told me it would cost £600+VAT to fix. My gut told me he was a scammer so I got a second opinion. The new locksmith advised me it was an alignment issue and fixed it within 20 mins. Do not use this guy he is a scammer and very rude!

Overcharged by £1100 for a £100 job. Was a deliberate attempt at a scam. Raised a dispute with credit card company which was resolved in my favour.

Reading other reviews here it is scandalous the company is still operating and the director is not in prison for fraud.

A look at the most recent tax returns on gov.uk reveals the return that was made does not tally with the of income people have complained about paying on trust pilot. I hope HMRC investigates.

The vehicle the locksmith arrived in was also untaxed.

Would give zero if possible. Quoted £49 labour and if I didn’t have the work done would be £39 call out. Then proceeded to charge me for both plus £200 for a £28 lock!!!! £288 for 10 minutes work and a cheap lock!!! Total rip off - beware!!!

Do not use *** fire safety hazard ⚠️ *** untrained staff putting you and your families lives at risk and charging a premium for it! The locks they are fitting are illegal and a risk to life ! And they charge £700 for the pleasure!

Was quoted a price over the phone and 3 times I was assured the price £49 for labour and a minimum £25 for a new lock again i questioned price and was assured this was correct they ended up charging me £120 and no new lock fitted they wanted another £120 for that so left with no lock and door locked by the chub key awful service and extortionate prices !!!! This company also trades under locksmith cheap which also has bad reviews

Never again. Ridiculous price. Charge me 429£ for changing 2 locks front and back door. Overcthe phone you are told prices from 25£. Should be checked to rip off people. Disgraceful.

Misleading company. If you want to lose money fast these are for you. In my opinion shop local, less likely to rip you off.

Apparently couldn't pick the lock so had to drill it. Was told on the phone that it would only cost £60 to get the door opened, once the guy arrived he was rude and didn't list to anything i had to say. He kept trying to get me pay for the more expensive lock replacement and didn't stop till my partner stepped in. Ended up paying £204 because apparently to open the do it was £69.

My daughter came home unexpectedly, she doesn't live here but has a key, unfortunately both me and my wife weren't there so she called these guys to let her in. They convinced her it needed a new lock, she asked why and they said it must be on old lock. Rubbish it was a new door only A few years old.
They intimidated a young lady and it cost £340 for work that was not necessary.
Complete scammer con men.
I am now filling a court claim for a full refund. ** Update, the court agreed with me, I filed a CCJ, today I got back from them £407, including £50 court fee. I would advise you all to do the same **
