Customer service went the extra mile…
Customer service went the extra mile for me.
I ordered a towel rail with a wi fi connection and it turned out I didn't get on with it at all, couldn't figure out the app or the controls. I got on to customer service who helped me understand it, but in the end I was more suited to a conventional way of operating. I am not as good with the internet as I thought I was. Customer service were very helpful, sorted it out, and now I have a replacement with standard touch buttons. Perfect. Now I can operate it easily and it is great. They were really first class at sorting out a customer problem.

Great radiator
The radiator we bought is just great, we love it. The only reason I’ve scored as a four star experience was because the radiator when ordered wasn’t in stock and I had to chase a couple of times to ask when it was back in. I waited nearly two months but honestly good all round.

Delivery made on time no issues
Delivery made on time no issues. I ended up needing to return 2 radiators as we changed our minds. U.K. radiators were very good and responsive but failed to collect on 2 occasions due to there courier letting them down. They did finally collect and refunded in full with no collection cost which I think is pretty good given the reason for return.
