As an installer
As an installer, it’s difficult to find a one stop shop for all types of radiators and towel rails.
Placed my first order of many last week, the rads and towel rails arrived well packaged in two days and they’re being fitted on Friday!

The courier services twice said they…
The courier services twice said they had tried to deliver when they had not.
I contacted UK radiators on both occasions and they replied swiftly and chased the courier service. Superb customer service, poor choice of couriers (but is there a good one!)

Excellent service and price
The ordering via website was easy and price competitive. I phoned customer services to check the delivery and was dealt with in a professional and efficient manner. The delivery was as promised and Jason from DX Express should be praised for his excellent customer service and manner.
