Slight glitch but UK Therapy Rooms responded immediately
When using my tablet I was unable to message the room owners - the function seemed not to work. I had to wait until I got to my MacBook before the feature worked; that was a bit frustrating. However, UK Therapy Rooms picked up on my initial review and responded immediately and positively. This level of service is very much appreciated, so "thank you" UK Therapy Rooms!

No response to update on a room
Hi, I try to get more information about a room I was interested in but not had a response in the last 4 days with answer or if yes I can view the room or if I have been refused. I don't know what is happening. And also there is no telephone number to call for instant response. I need a room quick within 2 weeks but doesn't look this will be happening now due to the slow or no response.

Thank you for your feedback and I'm sorry about the experience you have been having. However, I can see continuous conversation with the manager you enquired to, and the last reply you received from them was less than an hour ago.
In any case, there is a feature on UKTR where you can 'chase' an enquiry, and this is often very effective where responses are delayed.

Fast and easy way to connect to Therapy rooms near me
easy to use website, a great idea to compare and contact therapy room hire in my town. I was connected to a suitable location later that same day, and we are now hoping to work together. All because this site made connecting so easy.

Not free to advertise but still a good place to advertise
It's misleading that they advertise it as a free service when it isn't functional unless you pay for it (you have to pay a monthly fee in order to be able to read and reply to messages). Still, I did find someone to rent my room so it does work.
