First the staff they made me feel so at ease and relaxed they explained everything very thoroughly. I was even allowed to take someone in with me as I was so nervous everybody was so friendly. The procedure was nowhere near as bad as I imagined it to be. I’ve been sending loads of information regarding after-care and appointments to go back if needed so happy I chose her and wish I done it sooner

I was given confidence during the…
I was given confidence during the consultation that the procedure was low-risk and that any side effects would be minor and temporary. Unfortunately, my experience was very different from what was presented. After the procedure, I faced complications that had a significant impact on me, and I felt that my concerns were not properly addressed.What was most disappointing was the lack of support and responsibility when I sought assistance afterward. Based on my experience, I would encourage others to carefully research all potential risks and consider multiple opinions before making a decision.

Initial assessment swift so good. Thereafter struggled to get appointment time set and sent emails and calls . Disliked having to go out of area to London for injections too much traffic when walking difficult.

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. Scanned within days, 1st treatment a week later. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff who put you completely at ease. The treatments are quick and virtually painless and the results start instantly but do take a while to be 100% effective.
Had my 2nd and I think final procedure two days ago which has completely cleared up my remaining veins. I am hopeful that within a couple of months once the closed veins settle down that I will be totally free from them.
If you're thinking of having treatment and, like me, are fed up waiting for the NHS then I wouldn't hesitate. I personally think it's worth it.

My incompetent veins were treated successfully and my years of suffering due to the NHS not recognising this condition were ended at a cost which although I should not have had to pay, was reasonable.

Friendly and professional.
The procedure was explained well beforehand by the staff. The friendliness and professionalism of the doctor and two nurses put me at my ease and I felt well supported and cared for throughout.
I particularly appreciated the phonecall and emails I received before the procedure and the follow up emails afterwards.

A great experience with UK Vein Clinic
From the beginning the staff were very helpful, supportive and friendly both administratively and clinically. The environment was professional, modern, clean and it was very calm. Appointments were always on time and the procedure went ahead with ease. Although slightly painful it was worth it as the results are great. I had to have one further treatment and again it went very smoothly and I am really pleased with the results and can now wear shorts without shame. I would recommend the UK Vein Clinic.
