Everyone I met at the vein centre in Lincoln was extremely friendly and helpful. From the moment I walked in the door and was warmly welcomed, to my consultation with Mark Regi and his lovely assistant, I found the whole process informative and efficient.

Very good experience from start to finish. Everything was fully explained to me. I had a scan of my legs. Was made to feel very welcome and comfortable throughout the experience.

Good diagnosis and much of first treatment 100% successful
Slight problem that not everything worked but that was quickly sorted with follow up session

This would have been 5 star as staff and Consultant were great with clear explanation of procedure and outcome. Only problem was with web based pre appointment questionnaire, it wouldn’t work on my phone and when I completed it on the desktop only half the questionnaire had reached the team prior to my arrival

Easy procedure but not the result I expected at all. Left with some nerve damage to right shin and big bulging veins replaced by extensive blue and red thread veins most of which were not there before.

Very helpful kind staff put my mind at ease about the whole procedure.

Would not recommend, misleading information about follow up treatment included in initial cost when it isn't, even if veins missed or treatment doesn't work! Go to the Nuffield instead if in Newcastle upon Tyne !

Fantastic service.

The treatment that I was going to have was explained well and I was give a booklet to read. I was also show photos.

The treatment I received was of excellent quality taking great care to explain what was going to happen and made me feel very comfortable throughout the procedure. I was surprised to only feel mild discomfort. Many thanks to the whole team, I appreciated your professionalism and kindness!

The consultant and nurse and the reception staff were all friendly and professional. They talked me through what would happen prior to laser and foam treatment and what was happening during treatment and allayed my concerns. Full aftercare instructions were provided. So happy with the results, I wish I had it done years ago.

I had EVLA and foam sclerotherapy on both legs at the Glasgow clinic by Navin and his team. From the first consultation to the follow up appointment, it was a fantastic experience. I felt so well looked after, reassured, no pressure to do anything unless I was ready and sure. The procedure itself went smoothly and quickly, with plenty of chat and laughter!! The after care was equally amazing and I know I can call at any point if I have any questions/issues. I cannot believe the difference in how my legs look! They're is still some bruising which will take a while to go but they look so much better already. I would highly recommend, anyone thinking about getting it done, to at the very least talk to the team at Veincentre, especially if it's in there Glasgow area!! Thank you so much to Navin and his team!!

Had my second treatment last friday..with mark. Hazel & Pete..I recommend them all..Hated my legs for years..but starting to see fabbb results..roll on the summer so I can show them off..the staff make u feel at ease..
