Just purchased this item. When it arrived it seemed thin and cheap, Decided to return unused because of 90 day return policy guaranteed. Contacted company with in a week of receiving product. Was told "new" return policy in effect but not same as stated on web site of prepaid return postage. Instead was told to cut up product and label in six different steps with photos or return would be denied. If this was posted on web site I would have never purchased this product. Fraud at its finest. Will do procedure but will file a complaint with my credit card company, Avoid this company like the plague

I purchased the full-size earthing mat, but I have not experienced any of the benefits touted. I found that it interfered with my sleeping and increased discomfort from osteoarthritis.

This is a hoax targeting a vulnerable population.
